s terms without turning to our DOC is a very difficult task as that is the only way we knew who to cope. But we have to break the habit, like smoking cigs, you light up after you eat, after a fight, after sex etc., but once you BREAK the cycle, it does start to become a habit and before we know it we have added clean time under our belts. One of you suggessted listen to music,so I turned on the digital cable,and went to the country music,and while I cooked and cleaned I cranked up the volume and it really helped. When I sat down to take a break there was a song by Kenny Chesney that came on. It was the first time I ever heard it,it's called "Don't Blink". Anyway the song touched me so much I started to cry.If you get a chance you should listen to it.there are two verses that really touched me.
Lately I guess for the last few weeks, this song comes on my car radio every time I drive somewhere, and I tear up and promise I am going to get her cd. I'm not a big fan of hers either, but feel like this song was directed at me also.
