They have a cople of site that have mp3 files of aa and na speakers and they are pretty good to listen to and it is free to download. If you don't have an mp3 player you can listen off of the computer, but today so many electronic have the mp3 players on them it is a small chance you don't have one.I actually did that I was listening to some files to remember some of my mother language.
Hi, I have had a back injury (non-spinal) followed by reinjury. And, then I got a frozen shoulder and I can now straighten it most of the way. Then I got a left knee injury by falling in the subway (no breaks) but it still has patello femerol syndrome. The problem now is over the last few years I have been sitting way too much and can't lift more than about 5 pounds. My legs are not strong and gluts. I have been walking moderate hills daily about 2 miles.
I believe all anxiety has a root cause like trauma in your past or present or stress and the only way you can make a start with controlling this is finding your root cause and talking about it with someone you feel you can or even a counsiler. Medicines only supress the anxiety and help for the mean time the rest is up to you.
with all the commotion with my husband this week I missed registering for this - the last one I downloaded to my mp3 and have listened to it twice. It was well worth the effort and very informative.

I was recently diagnosed w having H2 and am still trying to process it all. I had high test results (7) but I've never had a break out. I sincerely hope it stays that way, but there is also the issue of shedding. I was put on valtrex and was told it would control the outbreaks and the shedding. My partner isn't infected and want to do everything possible to keep it that way. Does the valtrex really help?
Your body does weird things during pregnancy. The best book I can suggest for you to pick up is your pregnancy week by week. Check a used book store or second hand baby store. So much good information every week. I hate reading and it's only a few pages a week so quick reads.
t know to deal with it back then but as i got older i found out more than one way helped me deal with it one was if you have an mp3 or if you at home and/or mobile phone you can always listen to music to clam you down and read the bible everyday or every chance you get, when get to. And talk to a therapist or a pshycology.
