The quickest way to get over a break up is to make sure you have zero contact with that individual. That means, no looking at their photos, reading their letters/emails/texts that you've saved, no trips down memory lane of all the fond memories you shared. Do you best to avoid that person and not run into them or be at places you know they are going to be. Once you've done that, start spending time with friends, or make new ones. Get yourself out there and start dating casually.

On the surface, I think it is smart to expect certain things out of the father of our children.
Being attracted to other people is not something to break up over. Have you never looked at another guy while in a relationship? The point is that he's not acting on these things. I know one thing that helps my husband I is talking about our fantisies or attractions. The hubs has a weird thing for redheads so once in a while I'll buy a box of washout hair dye to surprise him. The point is give him some slack he's normal, it doesn't mean he's cheating or will cheat.
I had the same problem the other day...a couple of lines kept getting blown away out of one of my paragraphs...never had that happen before. It seemed to have something to do with typing a greater-than sign, ">" that wasn't in either parentheses or quotes. Try typing any math signs in parens or quotes. Not sure about that, but hope it helps.
