Have some you trust and is willing to speak up for you at the hospital. Nurses mean well, but have allot of paients. Having someone to help follow up on request and help you execute your birthplan will allow you to focus on labor.
I would take one if you period was supposed to start. Birth control's good but not 100% fail proof! If yorn not pegnanct, I would start using additional protection if you do want to get pregnancy....
Pete, you might want to keep a log so you can see if a pattern emerges as to if anything precedes these rough nights. Also, goggle sleep hygiene and see if there's some things you need to implement to provide the best opportunity for sleep.
Most people don't feel rested after 5 hours of sleep. If you are waking up after 5 hours, and it's not by an alarm clock, I'd be wondering why.
But today i have been going to the bathroom alot and after everytime i pee i have a contraction bad so is it my water leaking out or just pee? Like i feel like my water us going to break with every step i take or every move i make.

Because he has a hiatal hernia, the minute he lays flat, the burping and reflux starts unless he drinks his green drink before bed. It seems to break up trapped gas even better than antacids do. My husband had the same issues with feeling better when eating, then the dreaded after effects. It didn't seem to matter what he ate or when, it just always wanted to come back up. He also thought he had an ulcer, but didn't. However, if you do have an ulcer, aloe juice will help it to heal.

First one from bottom up is your viral load count I presume at baseline,the other two test I assume are PCR RNA QUAL. test with sensitivity of <50,results are saying you are UND(virus undected).
But dates don't match with your claim that you're doing shot number 13 since last test date would state your 4 months into treatment.
But if you were UND at 4 weeks into treatment means you got a RVR and your next test still saying you are UND.For a Genotype 2b this is very good.
