Have some you trust and is willing to speak up for you at the hospital. Nurses mean well, but have allot of paients. Having someone to help follow up on request and help you execute your birthplan will allow you to focus on labor.
Pete, you might want to keep a log so you can see if a pattern emerges as to if anything precedes these rough nights. Also, goggle sleep hygiene and see if there's some things you need to implement to provide the best opportunity for sleep.
Most people don't feel rested after 5 hours of sleep. If you are waking up after 5 hours, and it's not by an alarm clock, I'd be wondering why.
I would take one if you period was supposed to start. Birth control's good but not 100% fail proof! If yorn not pegnanct, I would start using additional protection if you do want to get pregnancy....
I'm not big on things like using a song on the radio to convey my feelings to someone I care about. And if someone shared their feelings that way with me, I'd probably blow it off because it wasn't specifically written by them. I'd set up a time to meet or send her a card and write your feelings yourself.

Do you think its ok to use music lyrics as your mood some ppl use quotes and quotes out the bible. I dont mind whatever helps the person in need. Id love to hear what you all think ?
Maybe not explained properly in msg but this is barely used (less than 10 times max) and is the business. Still have it to give away if anyone wants it? Seems a shame to throw away something which is so well designed and useful and way better than standard NHS issue.
Hi Pete, you can read what I wrote to Carrie. Basically, like Selma says, sleep with your head elevated, and to cut down on the damage when acid does wash up, "neutralize" it before laying down by drinking a little aloe juice or wheatgrass juice from the health food store. My husband also swears by activated charcoal capsules from same store. He takes a couple any time reflux threatens with stellar results. Also drink kefir and/or eat plain yogurt every day.

some times i forget somthing but then ill remember it a second later for example i had just learned a song then as i was singing it i sendely forgot the lyrics even though i knew it by heart its like i knew it by instinked but when i realy thought of it its like what is it again somtimes ill put somthing down not realy paying attention to it after all i have ADD but then i forget were i put it then end up looking all over for it my question is can forgetfulness be caused by anxiety?
