I checked out the video for that Linkin Park song on youtube. Great song, amazing video...the video especially puts our situation in perspective. Thanks for the suggestion. Music has definitley been a huge part of my recovery too. Take care.

But anyhow, I did a search for the guitar chords(lack of ability with playing guitar, need the music) and I saw that for some reason he left a verse or 2 out on the video. And the words were too great to leave out. I wonder what happened as to why, but maybe he just forgot at that moment. Forgetting a verse, can't say I don't know how that feels. Listen to the whole song and the words. This is my 16th day and it is getting better but still hard. To all out there struggling with addiction I urge to look into why you turned to drugs. Today starts day 9 without opiates and so far so good. Not sure what made this time different, but at this point last time I quit I was so emotional; I figured that it was because I had numbed my emotions for so long with the pills that they were all catching up with me. Hi I'm 19 years old and my girlfriend of two years and two months just broke up with me out of no where. We were talking (over text message) and then I asked who she went and hung out with the night before, because I kind of have trust issues. Not that she has done anything to not earn my trust. I've done that video before and its a good video. Maybe not so great starting an exercise video like this at third trimester. Just if you do decode to do it pay attention to your body. Go at your own pace and if something doesn't feel right just stop and take a break.
