all should call and see if you can get rates lowered they will do it for fear of loss, we did for credit cards, cable tv, the dentist , ( no more co-pays they want my family of 5 to stay) it works people for everything just call say how broke you are and youd be shcoked how readily folks will lower payments on many things.
I gather the term "charged off" refers to the Credit Card Company cancelling the use of your card so you could no longer use it, but you still had an outstanding amount owing on the card?
If that is the case, it is perfectly legal for any company that is owed money and has not recieved payment of same to "sell" the debt to a Debt Collection Agency.
My advice would be to enter into some form of payment arrangement to get the debt paid.

I am TTC since jun 2011 and first 6 months tried naturally (i was taking folic acid tab & metformin). Since i have PCO i had irregular periods... jan 2012 i consulted an IF specialist and was under medication with metformin and folic acid again.... 2 IUI cycles were performed in mar & apr 2012 both turned BFN :-(
My IF specialist suggested me to take tubal patency to rule out tubal defects.... in jul 2012 tubal patency was done.
s proposal gives individuals a $2500 tax credit so the net for an individual is a tax credit of $1000. For a family with two persons filing, they get a tax credit of $5000, so get a net $2000 credit they can use to off set other taxes. (Actually it is not clear on this; maybe you do not get an offset.) So far is looks good for those who that already have health care through an employer.

I am so glad I have my money in a credit union. I love my credit union! I don't pay any fees(no fees for overdraft, no fees to have the account, no fees to withdraw money at ATMS or where ever, etc.). It's great! :) My fiance has an account through Wells Fargo and Bank of America, both of which are going to be charging fees, some of which are already in effect. ugh. I am not switching to a bank ever and once we're married, we're sticking with my credit union.

July 14, 08 i seen her again and she said the baby didnt have a heartbeat, she said i had a urinary tract infection. She send me for a second opinion, and the results were the same. The baby is still inside me, and im not bleeding or spotting. My breast still hurt, im still creaving food, and i still have nausea. I was drinking teas i wasnt supposed to, so he can come out it self because i dont want a D&C to be done, but it didnt work out. My question is can my OB be wrong?
Rather pay for it slowly on a no apr credit card and never needing it, then god forbid one day needing it and not having it. We live in a modern world and slowly they are finding more and more cures which can occur from the cord blood you leave behind. So lets say they have 50 cures now and you bank with viacord, in 10 years they can find even more cures and still youll be able to use that cord blood... we spend money on superficial things all the time... t.v.
On Apr 18 I went and got tested for hiv, 4th generation test which was non reactive. On Apr 20th I felt swollen lymph nodes on the left side of my neck, the are normally not palpable but they were small and seedy like. On apr 27, I started having random twitching everywhere in my body. on APR 30, I started having what felt like kidney pain. I went to the dr and he started me on abx for a possible uti.
