hi, I am a 31 yo female who is having frequent palpitaions/pvc's I hae had my electrolytes checked(low iron level) my thyroid is good, my stress test was negative. I work on a cardiac floor as a nurse and placed my self on a monitor and had pvc's on the monitor. These pvc's are very scary and increases my anxiety like crazy!!! I know everyone keeps saying that they are not a problem but i have seen people go into v-tach/runs of v-tach ect...

I would encourage you to stay on this drug and if your cardiologist for some reason ever wants to take you off it, to make sure that he or she is aware of all the studies discussing ARB therapy and aortic root shrinkage. I live alone and have type 1 diabetes. Here are a few steps to take in order to prevent trouble with lows while no one is around that seem to work well for me. I have only Humalog to stop spike. But still when I wake up from bed pressure is 170/90/65. I take 300 gm Avapro. After ½ it becomes Ok. But sugar has gone high again. Last 2 days in addition to high pressure, sugar bounces to high value start to shake, I have to eat immediately then but suar goes further high. I habe no medicine to lower sugar at night. When I went to bed sugar was 8.4. To day morning sugar was 9.4, pressure high. Start shaking, sugar went to 11.

I take avapro for blood pressure, immovane for sleep and now to quell the anxiety. I have frequent ophthalmic migraines (all sparkly lights, no pain) and have a pain migraine every two weeks or so. My WBC wnet down to 1.4 and Neut .5 when I had to start neupogen 2 months ago. My first injection of 480mcg brought my anc up to 2.0 so I have been taking it every two wks now or when needed. I recently found out that it can or cannot cause cancer.....so not wanting to take it either. doctors have always said to take xanax for a week, then only take it when needed. but what is needed. is it when your having a panic attack, or when your just feeling anxious ( nervisness, trembling , dizziness, palpitations ) the hole anxiety symptoms thing. if anyone can tell me please do, i have lots to learn about anxiety.

I agree with avisg. Contact your doctor for an exact time. tell him what symptons you are currently experiencing and that should be able to help him come up with a time frame for you. For me (as I am on Sub) I waited almost 24 hours before I took by first dose of Subutex. I was coming off of a 65+ pills a day (sometimes more) of Norco 10/325. I was also told to wait as long as I could. No mind you, I was not coming off of heroin and everyone's body is different and reacts in different ways.
