The only way to know for sure what is wrong is to go to the doctor and have an MRI or CT scan. That will give them a better idea of what is going on. No one can know for sure what is going on, but that will give them a better idea.
I am wondering if having an ovarian cyst will prevent ovulation. I've had a lot of RLQ pain the last 2 days so I am wondering if it could be because I have another cyst. I am scared that it could be another ectopic or appendicitis. I won't get my lab results until tomorrow (hcg and wbc count). I don't remember this much localized pain with the ectopic 5 yrs ago. I am CD 10.

I have had this occur a few times now. My lower right abdomen is very painful. I assumed I was ovulating, however it has lasted about 5 days now. I have a lot of pressure with urinating and with sexual intercourse. I have been to the doctor in regards to this a few times, first they told me I had gerd, then got me to have a pelvic ultrasound which showed nothing. Can someone relate? I'm hoping it is ovulation and it might go soon.

Ovulating, and if not that, check the symptoms of appendicitis. But it really does sound like ovulation.
Question is if I started the femara a day earlier (due to confused about what is considered day 1 spotting or bleeding) and she wants me to start Ovulation kit on day 10 (which would be this coming thursday 25th) would this mess up ovulation days? Anyone can relate

What you describe could be a number of things, including pancreatitis, appendicitis, diverticulitis, ... or something else altogether.
This set of symptoms doesn't seem to be the type one can afford to ignore.

It hurts to walk and I must sit down with great care, I have performed some of the tests for appendicitis such as lying supine with my right leg bent and pushing over to the left...this results in much pain. Having been an EMT for many years I understand this could be appendicitis, however, I am confused about the pain free lapses. I live in the middle of no where with poor hospitals about 2 and a half hours away.
As far as I know, the most apparent symptom of appendicitis (inflammation of the appendix) is a dull pain in the stomach on the right side, that moves to severe lower right abdominal pain.

When I had appendecitis I woke up in pain with a lot of abdominal pressure and was admitted for surgery that day. It felt like I was really constipated or something (sorry TMI), and was nauseous. It sounds like the pain you are having is more likely related to the pcos. I have had ovarian cysts in the past and it felt a lot like what you are describing. I'm not an expert, just my personal experience.
An appendix is usually on the right side of your stomach and you will usually run a high fever with appendicitis. However, if you are still concerned, you can call your doctor and ask to speak to a nurse.
now i am developing the same pain again after about 20 hours, so i want to ask can it be appendicitis even if ultrasound doesnt show it? one of my friend got operated last month, she was having the same pain but ultrasound didnt show anything even then she got operated n now is fine!
Now the next day my lower right stomach is pretty tender, nowhere else, just lower right side. Should I be worried about appendicitis? Could it be tender from extreme gas and bloating?

Gocha now. Ohh how I know the confusion / stress & aggravation all this can be LOL. My Dr advised me stress can lower your chances of BFP ! ! ! If you putting most your attention on OPK may not necessarily help the cause, enjoy the "SPARK" your DH & yourself have vs making it an assignment.

He then took a screening CT in the lab and gave the report as Chronic appendicitis with 7mm thickness. Ficolith inside the appendicitis and advised to remove it whenever you feel free but not an emergency. The Gastroenterologist was not convinced and he asked me to take a Contrast enhanced CT. But the local doctor said it is not necessary and i don't have any acute episode and there is no such Chronic appendicitis.
