What you have described are classic symptoms of appendicitis. I recommend that you see your doctor as soon as possible to rule this out or go right to the ER for evaluation. If appendicitis is ruled out, this could be anything from some constipation to a stomach virus, or even somthing like an ectopic pregnancy. This really needs to be evaluated. Good luck.
Might have to go to the emergency room is this something u had before i don't know much about the appendicitis but the symptoms are pretty similar to pregnancy symptoms but with u being so far I'm not sure about the vomiting part I never threw up with any of mine maybe just call the doctor key him know your concerns and see what they suggest
My sons girlfriend has been admitted to hospital in the early hours of this morning with abdominal pains and sickness, They are testing for both appendicitis and ovarian cysts She is only 18 and I thought it was over 40 that cysts occured. I am looking to reassure a very frightened girl.
If youre female, a pelvic exam will be done to determine the exact location of your pain and to rule out PID, ovarian cyst, or an ectopic pregnancy (a pregnancy outside of the uterus, usually in the fallopian tube.)
Complications
The most serious complication of appendicitis is an infection of the lining of your abdominal cavity, this is called peritonitis. Peritonitis is a medical emergency!!!
The only way to tell would be to take a pregnancy test, it might be a little too early for one but you could try to take one and if it's negative wait a few more days and re-test. You could be pregnant, or it might be your hormones saying that you might be getting ready for your period. I know I feel "pregnant" before my period comes. I get super bloated, nauseated, crampy and my boobs hurt so bad.
Exactly 4 weeks later I developed appendicitis and had it removed via laparoscopic surgery, the surgeon said it was "messy in there". I have had no other symptoms suggestive of HIV.
My concern is the appendicitis was due to lymphoid hyperplasia (swollen lymph tissue) caused from a viral infection (HIV) given it occurred so soon after exposure.
It seems a bit out there to consider them related however I do see it as a possibility, but was unable to find any studies to confirm.

I spent 5 days in the hospital in January because of a ruptured right ovarian cyst. They thought appendicitis and found the cyst after a colonoscopy. This month my period was 3 weeks late. I recently finished it. I had my tubes tied in November. I have a history of 2 ectopic pregnancies. Never had other female problems like cysts. About a month or two ago, I believe I had strained some muscles while working out. The pain didn't happen right away maybe one or two weeks afterwards. At first it stemmed from my neck, shoulders, and upper back. Soon after I started to feel pain in my chest, both sides right by my armpits, lower back, and abdomen area especially on my right side. The pain is usually sharp. When I do sit for a long period of time, both my right and left sides hurt but more on my right.
I've had a lot of stress and anxiety for 5 years now (I'm a teen) so I'm not that surprised when my intestines are doing weird stuff like roughly shifting my food around, giving me either constipation or diarrhea, waking me up in the morning because I need to go to the bathroom...
But this evening I started having pain on the right side of my belly, a little higher than my bone but still pretty low.
An appendix is usually on the right side of your stomach and you will usually run a high fever with appendicitis. However, if you are still concerned, you can call your doctor and ask to speak to a nurse.
I am experiencing exactly what you described now today would be the 4th day... everyone saying I should be at the ER but I am terrified of hospitals. I have contact nausea and slight unsteadiness. I have had a CT of my head and a ECG of my heart to rule out anything extremely serious.
At times the nausea gets soo bad i feel like i may faint.
Also the pains in my abdomen seem to get worse when i eat or after a night out drinking. Then the pain gets very sharp and spreads to the left side and lower left of the back, i get hit by a sudden feeling of weakness and have to lie down.
now i am developing the same pain again after about 20 hours, so i want to ask can it be appendicitis even if ultrasound doesnt show it? one of my friend got operated last month, she was having the same pain but ultrasound didnt show anything even then she got operated n now is fine!
30 am with bad stomach pain (top middle), bloating, and gas. I went the the ER about 6 hours later and received indigestion meds. I felt much better outside of mild abdominal discomfort from gas still. Now the next day my lower right stomach is pretty tender, nowhere else, just lower right side. Should I be worried about appendicitis? Could it be tender from extreme gas and bloating?

Last night I started having a dull pain on the right side of my abdomen, across from my belly button, it went away today but came back around lunch time. It went away again and now at 2am it has come back. I pressed on my stomach a bit and it send a shooting pain through my belly button area. Its not SUPER painful, just more of a discomfort. I've also started urinating WAY more in the past hour and I'm not sure if its related but my knees began aching REALLY bad out of nowhere.
I recently had appendicitis and am still healing from surgery, knowing that I am going to be sore in my abs for a while.
I'm having severe lower abdominal cramping it feels like stabbing I went to the ER today they took a pregnancy test it came back negative and they also did a pap test to check for STD's the doc said it takes time for the test to come back he did say I didn't have Trichomoniasis which is GOOD!!!!he also stated that he will treat me just in case the tests are positive so he gave me 2 pills and a shot in my buttocks.They gave me nothing for pain I'm still in pain..
She may have appendicitis or have trouble with her gallbladder. I thought I had a stomach virus and had very bad cramps along with vomiting for a couple of days and went into the emergency room and found out that I was having a gallbladder attack. I spent a week in the hospital and had my gallbladder removed.
Please urge her to seek medical attention.

d been suffering from a fever, lower/midline abdominal pain on my right side, and severe diarrhea for several days, and was told by my doctor to go to the ER to rule out appendicitis. Besides my signs/symptoms, the only abnormal finding was a slightly enlarged appendix in the ultrasound and CT. I was told to keep an eye out for things, and to go back asap if things got worse- which they likely would within a reasonably short amount of time.
