Avatar f tn She said I need to be really careful as it can be a hormonal liver problem in pregnancy that needs medication. She gave me some cortisone cream to tide me over.. My next appointment is tomorrow. So I'm hanging. Apparently ill need to take a blood test for liver function. Hopefully all goes well. Cold showers will help too.

Avatar m tn I am still experiencing an allergic reaction to intradermal allergy skin testing. I have joint pain in my shoulder on the arm where allergy testing occurred. My skin is warm to the touch over the area tested and the skin marks where injections were done are larger though less raised than after the initial test. What should I do? I have applied a prescription steroid cream. I have taken my normal antihistamine. I have taken benadryl on top of it.

Avatar n tn I returned and was given a steriod cream I cant remember the name, it began with a B, it was cream in colour, and I was told it could stain clothing. Again this recommendation didnt help. Since then I have been given countless tubes of hydrocortisones, including eumovate, daktacort etc, all with no results. I was advised not to use deodorant or anti persperant. Told not to shave there. To wear baggy clothing. Nothing helps. It is always bright red, very sore often with a burning sensation.

549614 tn?1315213113 Hello, approx 6-7 years sgo i was diagnosed with massive skin cancer in various stages. I had Mohs surgery 2 x's. One of the surgeries lasted 8 hours! Now the same area is piled high with dried up and sory lesions. My entire forhead is just covered with cancers and will most likely need a graft when I can afford to have it taken care of. I have requested a cancer cream for both the Derm's I went too and neither one would provided it even though I have stage 2-3 cancers!
Avatar f tn I believe it started maybe 6 months ago. It was a tiny cluster of 4 or 5 blister looking spots little bigger than a pen tip. Thought it was from work and elastic gloves grinding in my wrist. Shortly after it grew to red and about 1" down and covered left to right. It then moved to both wrists. After maybe a month of trying to not agrivate it at work it started to go away. Then it blew up covering both my inner forearms. With either small red spots or raise red blotches all over.

Avatar m tn This last month I decided that I would try the whole thing again and stick with it more carefully this time. I developed the same rash again in the exact same places. Its a very itchy rash that at first looked like hives and bright red bumps, then like brown spots under my skin. It leaves ugly brown spots everywhere. I did a lot of research on it and it sounded like it might be yeast related. I have been taking Acidopholous and coconut oil as well as rubbing lotrimin on it twice a day.
