Use the cream, finish antibiotics, take probiotics, tablet form even while you're on antibiotics (antibiotics target the bad bacteria but kill the good in the process. Sending in good bacteria (in probiotic tablets) whilst you're on antibiotics means you still have some form of gut protection). After antibiotics, take an SB probiotic to recolonize your gut with good bacteria (this will impact your good bacteria levels in vagina too).
First you must try and calm down. Yes antibiotics will cause a yeast infection as a side effect. You may want to use Monistat 1 day. It's pricy but It does work. If you continue to take a lot of antibiotics it WILL keep coming back. Unfortunately it's a side effect and nothing can be really done about it except if you stop taking the antibiotics. Have you ever tried to see if your DR can prescribe something other than antibiotics for your sinus infections?

I went to the doctor before i got married because i had a foul odor and nasty discharge. According to him I had no sign of STD nor yeast infection. He gave me antibiotics and it stppoed a little. Willing to bet from the antibiotics you've developed both a vaginal yeast infection and oral thrush. Antibiotics can mess with the amounts of good and bad bacteria found in both the vagina and mouth, which leave the pH/flora imbalanced.
Seconded what 2terrified said - you need to see your doctor and/or OBGYN for further treatment. I would also suggest, if haven't performed already, getting a standard panel for STD/STIs.

Don't take antibiotics for a yeast infection! You need to good flora to fight the yeast. Eat lots of plain yogurt, garlic and cut down sugars (they feed yeast and can make it sooop strong and hard to fight).
This may seem gross or tmi, but a natural way to help it is to put plain yogurt up there. Use a syringe or something. It really helps.
Yesterday I was diagnosed with a yeast infection and the doctor gave me a Diflucan (sp?) pill which I took around 4pm. Today, I noticed the one scratch/cut I had was gone but the area around it seemed dry and flaky. Also, I've noticed a slight increase in discharge nothing extreme but definitely not my normal amount of discharge. I was just wondering if this was normal? Thank you.

I purchased a probiotic but didnt take it till after the 3rd day of medication and the damage was done already. I got a yeast infection and I have had one before due to antibiotics so I knew what it was. On Saturday the doctor prescribed me biaxin, a different antibiotic, and one dose of fluconazole 150mg.
