What is the treatment for Ischemia in Apex Wall. I am scheduled for an arteriagram in two weeks.

My father is a patient of 68 years old. His Coronary Angiogram Report is given below:- LMCA : Free of disease. LAD : Totally Occluded from mid segment. Gretting retrograde filling from right system. LCX: Good size vessel and having mild stenosis at mid segment and distal OM1. RCA: Dominant, good size vessel & free of disease. LIMA: Free of disease. Comment: Single vessel disease. Recommendation : Revascularization. LA: Normal. LA Appendage clear. LV: Normal Dimension.

I got ' t wave inversion ' in resting ECG. Treadmill Test shows " ST changes " Doctor suggested Angiogram. So I underwent Angiogram in my forearm. Result is " normal coronary arteries ". Dr prescribed tablet "RANTAC " for one month.
