I was not tested for strep or for any STDs the office i was diagnosed with acute pharyngitis but i am concerned that this may not be the case. I was wondering if i was to have an STD would this medication cure what i have or should i go back to the clinic to make sure.

It's been 90 days from my exposure, I performed oral sex on a male who can be infected by gonorrhea. For 80 days, There was no problem about my throat, but 10 days ago, I felt a terrible throat ache, and I saw a doctor. He said that It's pharyngitis, and gave me Amoxicillin + Clavulanic acid formy pharyngitis.
I used this drugs for a week, at 87th day, I was okay and I had no pain on my throat.
Yesterday (90 days from exp.) My throat-pain started again and it's really painful.

My other question is that 3 weeks after the event I described a few minutes ago on my first post, my doctor diagnosed me a pharyngitis with fever, aches, one little node under the jaw one under ther arm. The CBC reported MNI test was negative and indicated Hyperleukocytis with a high count of neutrophils and a lymphopenia. Here it is winter time and the doctor told me it was a bacterial infection.
t educated as much, after tat happened to him around the same time I started to get sick again and found out I had acute pharyngitis and while I was the I had std test and request a throat swab ,still waiting to hear back, they gave me 4tablets of azithromycin 250mg for being exposed and amoxicillin for my pharyngitis. Since the std is all new to me I've been w one person for the past 7years he's cheated.
I asked if the pharyngitis warranted an HIV test and was told that it did not unless it recurred, and was also told that Azithromycin is not the drug of choice to treat pharyngitis. I am now on Amoxicillin.
Other worrying symptoms after the incident have been the appearance of 2 fresh moles (dark spots, pigmentation, not raised) on my body. 1 near a very old one on my left bicep and another on my lower right hand (near wrist).
On Monday I have flu like symptoms (killer sore throat, aches, headache, etc.). I go to the doc and she tells me I have pharyngitis or laryngitis (I don't remember), so she prescribes me amoxicillin and some days rest. 2-3 days later no progress and these two very small blisters appear on my bottom lip and I am faaaaareaking out.
I am going in today, but I wanted to ask if it is possible my doc made a mistake bc the blisters had not appeared yet?
I have been on Amoxicillin twice for streptococcus pharyngitis (Strep Throat), Nitrofurantoin for a UTI and the Alinia. All of these, plus the many viral infections I've had and treated with OTC meds. I haven't been sick this many times in my entire life, as many as I have since the Crypto infection. My parents, whom I still live with, did not get the Crypto, have not gotten either Strep Throat cases, or any of the other viral infections I've gotten.
The doctor at the urgent care told me basically that it was pharyngitis and gave me 500mg amoxicillin to take,which I did, but still the pain persisted. I finally went to see a regular doctor here, and after checking my ears and throat, she told me could not find anything as far as cancerous lesions or anything that looked remotely like cancer. I was greatly relieved, and i went home and kept taking the amoxicillin, but the pain got worse.

I'm a 29 year old male, and I received unprotected oral sex about 2 1/2 weeks ago from someone I didn't know. I then had unprotected vaginal sex with another partner about 10 days later with no ejaculation. A few days later I developed head congestion and mild throat symptoms along with slight, intermittent throbbing in one testicle. No burning, itching, or discharge. I have also had what I assume is a varicocele for most of my life, but it has never given me any problems.
5) – increase from week 11 to 15. Now, my FP has called in for another antibiotic for UTI. I need to go back and collect the reports. I read UTI in males is rare.
My questions:
1. Should I be concerned about HIV and go for another test now? Given that I tested negative on day 39 (Ag/Ab) and 79 (Ab). I read you reply the forums that 11 weeks should be highly reliable for low risk and one can move on.
2. Is there a possibility of late seroconversion (esp. on a low risk exposure)?

I really hope it is a negative I got sick 15 days after the exposure worst days at first it calmed down but the fever kept coming and going so I went to the doc had a swab gave me bacterial pharyngitis gave me a shot and some amoxicillin I really didn't feel good but the strep was going away also tho I can't sweat anymore ever since I don't know what's going on in extremely stressed and need help
I went to my FP on day 79 and he looked at my throat and ordered Amoxicillin. He also ordered for a HIV screening, Syphilis test and a CBC. All came back negative with normal CBC (WBC count 8.7).
Later, the Pharyngitis got worse and I had to take a dose of Augmentin after my Amox dose. I also developed Allergic Rhinitis and also started having mild eye infection (1st right eye and the then left).
Which I am sceptical because when I took Amoxicillin it was 1 a day pill for a week and as soon as i took it the bacteria was going away. Now I've taken Clindamycin like 5 times, because it's 1 pill ever 6 hours. There is 28 pills in total. But I don't see the bacteria fading, like the Amoxicillin.
Due to a recent oral sex encounter, I got tested for gonorrhea and chlamydia in the throat. Those swabs were done with the Aptima Combo 2 Assay and came back negative. I took azithromycin and rocephin injection as a precaution (before the swab results came back), and am currently taking Augmentin to get rid of the strep. I was feeling fine and healed until yesterday when my throat started to hurt again.

You had a low risk exposure. Oral sex is inherently low risk for all STDs and zero risk for some. Your HIV test results prove for sure that's not an issue. You don't say exactly what STD tests were done, but the negative results are reliable. However, if testing didn't include a throat swab for gonorrhea, that might be something to discuss with your doctor.
Would 1 gram, 3x daily (3 grams daily) of Amoxicillin for 10 days kill Chlamydia and Gonnorea?

Oral sex is never a risk for HIV even if you had sore throat/pharyngitis. Enzymes in saliva break inactivate the virus as does air and that never changes so you had no risk from your exposure. The only way adults get HIV is from unprotected vaginal or anal sex or sharing of IV drug needles. So, good news, no worries!
