allegra and ibuprofen

For several mornings I have to clear my throat, and the roof of my mouth is very tender, when I try to clear nasal passage through mouth I have severe bleeding, this area is very tender and raw feeling. I have to apply pressure bandage to stop bleeding. I take Allegra allergy medication, and Nasacort nose spray. What can I do to stop tenderness and bleeding, and could this be infection?

The dr prescribed Allegra, singular, Flonase and Asteleine nasal sprays. I am not having any relief. I was on the Asteline sir 2. -3 weeks now and the other 3 meds I just started. 2 weeks ago I had a ctscan and it didn’t show an infection. My teeth didn’t hurt then just had a headache and pressure. About a week ago my teeth started hurting and my dr will not prescribe me an antibiotic. Will the meds that I’m on cure a sinus i ection if I have one??? I can’t take this pain anymore.

Also, when I got my first facial swelling episode in December 2021, I paused all my medications, including Minoxidil and Finasteride and Ibuprofen for 6 months. I did not notice any positive changes, so I started taking Finasteride and Minoxidil again this month.

I can handle everything except the dizziness/vertigo. As soon as I feel it coming on and my ears feel stuffy I pop a Claritin, some Flonase and ibuprofen if it comes along with sinus press again. So far its working but need to go for allergy shots because these allergies have just progressed over 20+ years from just hay fever to hay fever and allergic rhinitis to hay fever and allergic rhinitis plus now dizziness. This has got to stop!

All I do is drink warm water with lemon and honey I did some neti pot morning and before bedtime and took a warm bath morning and bedtime.

My Dr told me I can continue to take my allegra. And im now 24 weeks and my little man is just fine.

I am 56 great health, no meds, Definitely CORN and maybe something else but at least I have some what of a handle and greatly reduced episodes of swelling. Allegra helps but it is hard on my prostate, (high PSA when taking it) so I have found If I take 1/3 of a pill, it will take away the swelling so long as I haven't taken any in the last few days. Taking Allegra every day does NOT stop the swelling. We have to figure this out, it is getting worse.

Is it safe to take both Allegra-D and Zyrtec. In short, I suffer from allergies. I find that I feel best when I take a single pill of Allegra-D in the morning and a single pill of Zyrtec at night. In part, I have been doing this because I haven't had to go to the doctor (or Canada) to get more Allegra D so I can take it twice a day. I was wondering what the possible side-effects, besides fatigue, are of the regimen I'm taking? I've felt much better since beginning it.

t really need since generally I can bring the symptoms down to nonexistant with a mix of using Allegra/Tea Tree Oil Lotion/Ibuprofen depending on what I feel like using/have on hand when the itching hits. It got worse in the evening a lot for the first while, but now I don't think there's specific times even though I'm adjusted Japan time.

My oldest son is on Risperdal,as well as three other meds. He has done quite well with Allegra for seasonal allergies, and even better with Zyrtec. Zyrtec is OTC but allegra is not. Both are well tolerated with Risperdal. Benaadryl is not good with Risperdal. My son, age 17, is zonked out when he takes both. He basically is out like a light and doesn't wake up in the morning (until about 12 hours later) the few times he has taken it. Not good at all.

I am now taking 200mg of levothyroxine for hypothyroidism and 40mg of atorvastatin for cholesterol and fatty liver. I also take fish oil, multivitamin, D3, allegra, and baby aspirin. My medical provider is focusing on my thyroid before tackling everything else. Yes, the medications I take for my allergies and asthma daily are: allegra (24 hour), singulair, alvesco, oxeeze, rhinocort, sometimes ventolin, and sometimes benedril.

s when I decided to try the Allegra for the Paxil, problem. Just to let you know, I ended up taking 1/2 of an Allegra and the symptoms went away again. I woke up this morning feeling fine. The zaps usually start late in the day and are not bad. Just to reassure everyone....I have a doctor appointment Monday morning at 9am!!! I will not, however, take another Paxil! Loratadine is considered a placebo by many doctors (and many patients that I have talked to). Zyrtec and Allegra are good choices. Since Allegra just came OTC, it will be much more expensive the Zyrtec generic. I take Zyrtec. Take care and feel better. God bless.

I am dying of a 48 hour allergy attack! Clarita does NOT help and the only thing that did before my pregnancy was Allegra.. I am 24.5 weeks along, could I get away with a dose?

Hi I have a massive period ache , therefore I took 1100 mg of ibuprofen . At first I had taken 500 mg tablet but it's been an hour and a half and it did not help , so I took an other tablet of ibuprofen of 600 mg . The pain is gone but I feel very tired , can I be harmed or die out of it ? Should I ask for help ? Or has anybody been familiar with it ? Please help me , I am a hypochondriac person and I also have OCD and use Prozac .

I took tylenol this morning. I took Ibuprofen an hour ago . I coudnnt take it anymore. It was a one time thing and i feel so much better. Will my baby be okay?

whenever i take even one 550mg (naproxen) ibuprofen and then drink, my stomach gets tender and bloated and i feel bad. i usually take a maalox or something like that, yet i never throw up from it so i don't know if that's applicable for you. i think it is due to the ibuprofen, but if you're not used to eating spicy foods then it could have disagreed with you, not necessarily meaning food poisoning. you should never drink and take NSAIDs at the same time.

Ibuprofen is bad for our livers. Try getting a massage if you can. Bromelian, a natural supplement made from pineapples helps reduce swelling but it takes time to work. Also, make sure you're drinking lots of water, and getting some exercise. Try some yoga too. Pot brownies worked the best for my back pain.

I have a infected broke off wisdom tooth during my last pregnancy my face swelled up and I was out of Tylenol so I took a 800 mg ibuprofen. Bad call for me but I was in pain and it was only once and everything turned out fine with baby so I was lucky.

Killer headaches, and never any Tylenol around. Ibuprofen can't be that bad huh? Got to go to work and this headache must go.
