so like a lot of teenagers, i did a LOT of heavy drinking. no drugs or anything but i'd have 7-8 drinks a few times a week. i'd always wake up hungover and i got alcohol poisoning a few times. i ended up being diagnosed with fatty liver 18 months ago. my doctor said it wasn't too bad and it can be easily reversed by cutting down on alcohol and eating healthier.
i stopped drinking alcohol and ate super healthy for 60 days.

I too suffer from OCD and can understand your obsessive thoughts and how they can take over your life. What I've found to help me is my weekly group (love them) and a journal. A lot of positive talk to yourself will help too. I write almost daily, at least everytime an obsessive thought creeps up.
I would say stay away from alcohol just because of the medication you're on. That could have made you extremely sick. I've never heard the equation of 10% leaving the body every time you urinate and I've studied a lot about alcoholism and addiction. I used to give myself alcohol poisoning on a regular basis when I drank. 2 day hangovers were standard, and at times I would throw up over 15 times in a day.

d work out some consequences for her, not that she got alcohol poisoning but that she lied to you about where she was going to be, and those consequences would have to do with restricting her freedom, since she has shown she can't be trusted with the freedom you have given her.
