I went out one night, had around 5 vodka and cokes. Went home and couldn't sleep.
Around 3 hours after my last drink, I was wide awake with stomach pains, diarrhoea, nausea and my whole body was shaking uncontrollalbly. Right before it happens my hands and feet and then my whole body go extremely cold.

Every time that I have 3 or more drinks I react the next day as if I had food poisoning/stomach flu. I have extreme nausea, in addition to diarrea, dizziness, and constant vomiting. I am not able to go about my daily activites which results in me staying in bed sick until I wake up the next day. My body doesn't recover until 2-3 days after. It's hard to explain, but the last time I drank my stomach felt like it was eating away at itself (as if it was caving in).
My advice to you is to give up alcohol entirely. You contradict yourself.

Around 2-3AM I vomit, or I force myself to because the cramps only become less painful after vomiting, I also experience hot flashes during these attacks. The first time this happened to me I thought of food poisoning but it happens about once every 3~4 weeks very randomly and not after consuming specific kind of food but the pattern is always the same, it never starts in the morning and the cramps don't go away unless I vomit.
