I have had Herpes down below for over a decade and have been on Aciclovir 400mg tablets for many years. I did have a habit of drinking Peppermint tea and found i had reduced amount of infections when in the habit of drinking it. Years later I thought to ramp this up and have Peppermint Oil tablets (200mg per day).
On three months I had about six outbreaks so the doctor prescribed me with a course of aciclovir and told me that this should stop it for six months. However two months in to taking aciclovir I have had a outbreak! Is this normal? When with the reacurances slow down? How can I have a normal sex life? Shall I keep taking the suppressive a tablets?
Hi, i dont see how and IUD and herpes outbreaks are connected. Studies done on outbreak causes vary from stress to other things.
They gave me three months worth of aciclovir 400mg and told me that as soon As I notice a blister to take three tablets every day for five days. I was told that eventually the tablets will scare it from coming back. I get at least two outbreaks a month. And it's only been four months. I'm meant to be going on holiday soon and am petrified this is going to ruin my holiday.
No it sounds like you are either have a bad side effect from gabapentin or are allergic to it. I took 1200mg a day for several months and had no side effects other than being tired and memory problems. I haven't taken baclofen, so i don't know the side effect of that drug. Usually, muscle relaxers don't give you that bad of a headache. You may want to try Flexeril or another muscle relaxer.
Hi i was tested at the Sexual Health clinic in March 2012 i found two spots they cut them off took swabs and they said it was herpes type 2.No syptoms.Until now no spots on vagina but pain in side,thigh sometime the Sexual Health doctor called them Promdol i am very frighten,Scare.My skin has some kind of underskin rash with pigmentation spots it is cancerous? CAN THIS KILL?
Thanks for the advice. I am currently on 400mg of aciclovir daily. Can I up this dose or is that my max if I decide I'm brave enough to go ahead with the deed?
Hi, I have been taking 400mg 3 times daily for 2 years and I hate the way it makes me feel, but I need it so I take it. What kind of side effects are you experiencing?
Anyone have any side effects from starting neurontin or suggestions on how to adapt to using it.
It's kicking my butt so far, so only taking it at night but a bit zoozy in the mornings. Am on 300mg,
have titration orders but don't want to add any more at the present until I adjust to this night dose.

Went away for the weekend and on the Saturday my wee started to burn, the next day I had so much swelling and started to get blisters and it got harder and harder for me to walk. I got back on the Monday night and went to the doctors straight away on the Tuesday morning and she stupidly misdiagnosed me with a water infection.
I had anal itching occasionally , i thought above symtptoms because of parasite infection. I used albendazole 400mg tablets for 6 weeks, weekly once. No use . I am very depressed because of these symptoms. i used betahestine dehydrochloride (Vertigo) for 3 days . No Use. unable to diagnose above symptoms . CBP , BP, Blood sugar are normal. Is it neurological symptoms ? Please provide me valuable suggestion.

I tend to notice side effects whenever my dosage is adjusted by my prescribing doctor or when I initially start it or taper off of it. I believe that experiencing side effects are two fold with me. One, there were some side effects, and two I probably tended to 'magnify' or focus in on them more intently and decided that any odd feeling was related to the medication when in reality, it may not have been due to the sertraline.

I know menthol and peppermint can help but since taking a peppermint tablet, once a day, has stopped any further attacks for the last month. I have had this for over a decade and have got aciclovir tablets for it. The Quacks don't like me using it as it's the last known pill for it. The peppermint oil pills seems better than the aciclovir though. Colpermin in good as I don't get reflux with it. Not a cure but not a bad option.
Her doctor prescribed this after we had an operation for her HPV level 16. She can take the medicine with no side effects, but me I am experiencing great anxiety and confusion. I am about to take my day 3 third dose. My question is that should I continue day 4 with the same dose or try 200mg 3 times or stop as probably the medicine worked on me already. Please help on this as I am super sleepy and paranoiac and this effects my job.
