You can have infection that does not show on the standard test of nitrites but with the number of epithelial cells /hpf 5- it is most likely not a clean catch, mid stream urine. I would suggest you redo the urine test and be very careful, it is hard to get a good "sterile" or as sterile as possible urine sample.

You can get strips that detect less.
The one that would be of interest if someone is suffering from dehydration is the Specific Gravity reading.
You have A large amount of blood in your urine which suggest that you may have inflammation or infection somewhere. Your red and white blood count are in normal ranges.The color of your urine is yellow/straw (normal) and the clarity is good. Everything else is in normal ranges as well. Talk to your doc to about the blood in urine if they have not already contacted you.
The normal level is 0-20 because ideally no protein (albumin is a protein) should be filtered out of your blood. Normally the pores that filter waste in the kidneys are too small to allow protein to come out.
The size of your kidneys are also normal.So are the other test results.
I don't think you are on the verge of Diabetic nephropathy.
As your doctor has suggested get it checked in 1 year's time or maybe in 6 month's time if you are extremely anxious.
Thanks, Red Star. I think you're right. My research has led me to the same conclusion. However, I've done the ketone urine test strips and I come up completely negative. I've also had negative results in my blood work for ketones. I think my hypothyroidism is making my body do weird things. Thanks again.

Now When he had the fever doctor advised us to do a urine routine test and when i got the reports i was shocked to see ketone bodies (3+) in his urine but his glucose and protine was negative for urine test and he had no urine infection.

I was positive two consecutive times in July when I had my toe amputated and then it was fine now I tested positive again in November two consecutive times again. Back in July I had a UTI and believe I might again.
