stomach pain nausea quick

after i eat, about 2 hours later, i get nausea real bad, followed by a pain under my left side of my rib cage, followed by intense gas pains, I have a bowel movement, pain goes away, just nauseaed for the rest of the day. Any ideas? IBS?

so with difficulty i had pur nausea to the back burner n thought of what im in the mood of. .. (usually in the morn it was a coffee. ..) and once the food hit my stomach the nausea went away. .... I dunno if this works for everyone but good luck trying! !!!
