Maybe I can get some kind of answer here. It started 2 weeks ago I had the stomach flu real bad. A week later a vertigo spell and light dizzy spell ever since. Then a week ago small pain in left side that is worse at night and in morning as well as empty stomach.It comes and goes feel sick at times.Now the big problem is I have anxirty disorder so a small pain can turn into major thing.

I recently had the 2010 flu combination shot, and three days later i started having symptoms of vertigo. The symptoms proceeded to get worse, the nausea, cold sweats, and the feeling of everything around me spinning. t know if this is because of the vertigo or migraine. At first I had a stomach cramp (along with the headache and vertigo) and then I vomitted. Ever since, I feel sick, as if I have the flu. I'm waiting to see the neurologist for a checkup. In the meantime, I'll see my regular doctor tomorrow.

My husband and father both went home sick from work yesterday (they work at the same place). It seems to be a stomach bug. My Dad has it worse then DH. With DH his stomach feels "off" but he is still eating fine. He does feel headachy and body achy. Last Fall both DH and our youngest son had H1N1. DH said it's kind of like that, but not nearly as bad. Anyway, yesterday my throat started feeling a bit sore and (to my untrained fingers) my lymph nodes feel a bit swollen.

My GP was totally against refilling it (smart man) but I got my neurologist to refill it (I have vestibular migraine as well with debilitating vertigo and it was getting worse because of the vestibular neuritis I got after having the flu). The first go of it, I was fine. Then I was using maybe 5 to 10 mg. a day maybe once or twice a week, then every 2 weeks, then I just went a month with none. I had to take one 2 days ago. Last few times I have taken it, I'm fine when I take it.

I think I have some kind of stomach flu and have had diaherria all day. I'm a ftm and am worried about it being bad for the baby. Has anyone else gotten sick while pregnant?

If it only lasted a couple hours and not several days it was food poisoning...most people get it without even knowing it because they automatically label it as "stomach flu" if your doctor said 2 go if it doesn't go away I wouldn't worry about it if it's finally over with...

My 2 yr old son has just vomitted for the 3rd time since I've been home (12am) and 1 more time before that. He pukes and doesn't have a problem passing right back out. For example his last time he roled over and puked, cried a tiny bit and then he passed right back out. 3 days ago I contracted, what I thougt, was food poisening, but all last week my wife's mother was really sick with something... seems to be a coincidence!

t thrown up(yet) but this diarrhea is killing me is there I can do to make it stop or should I call my dr when her office opens? This is my third child and I've never been sick while pregnant so I don't know what to do. Please help!!

You say "I have a 7 month baby and has the stomach flu." Do you mean you have the flu or the baby has the flu? If the latter, go with the advice from margy. If the former, feed the baby as usual, keeping yourself as hydrated as possible. (Stomach flu doesn't transmit in breast milk.

I think I caught the stomach flu from my nephew and my moms helper. I am about to be 36 weeks, so is there anything I can do for it, or do I just have to wait it out? I haven't really ate today and drinking is just as bad. I have gone to the bathroom numerous times today and have been continuously nauseous for about 5 hours.

I have read that it is a known symptom for MS patients to have flu like symptoms, without have the flu. I often think that the nausea is a reaction from the pain. I personally get extreme perspiration and nausea sometimes with a headache.

I have a list of dosage amounts also if needed. Facial paralysis, numbness, vertigo, etc... all have improved dramatically. The stomach virus and any virus for that matter always impacts me more than "normal" people.

I have a problem with my inner ear - vastibular disorder which probably stemmed from having a flu/cold like episode....have you had a cold/flu recently? Do you feel sick with this feeling? Are your eyes/vision affected?
