sore nipples going away

Hey everyone. Just got the all mighty positive test on monday and before that and some of this week I had super sore breasts and nipples they are heavy and feel so full, and I've been noticing more veins than usual. Today when I woke up my breasts and nipples weren't that sore. Is this normal I am 5/6 weeks, I am however, going to the bathroom more often and am more tired than usual.... also have TERRIBLE acid reflux at night. Any way is this normal, to have symptoms disappear?

Symptoms dont always present themselves. I know women who had zero symptoms at all during their first trimester. Just b.c they're going away doesn't mean anything bad. I'm actually jealous!

I have MAJOR fatigue too....sore nipples but they're going away today too! I felt a little nauseous the last 2 nights around dinner and I actually loved having that symptom!

Soap washes away your natural oils which keep your nipples moisturised. It will eventually go away. I breastfed my daughter just fine.

my baby is 2 1/2 weeks old and though i am only pumping because she is not latching, my nipples are no longer sore... or i should say they no longer hurt... they are a bit sore from the pumpimg but very manageable... however the first week and a half my nipples got so sore and raw i had pieces of skin come off and they bled (tmi sorry), so i would say give it a couple more days and see if it gets better... lanolin helped a lot... and so did hot water compresses... as well as letting them air...

Hello ladies....I am in week 11 and have been terribly bloated for the last 3-4 weeks. However for the last couple of days, the bloat is going away, my pants can do up again, and I don't "feel" pregnant anymore (sore boobs and heartburn are gone pretty much too). I had a dating ultrasound a week ago that was normal, and am scheduled for my NT ultrasound on the 29th. I have not had any bleeding or cramping. Should I be worried about the baby's heartbeat?

Every pregnancy is different. I had sore breasts for the majority of my pregnancy and it didn't go away until about 1 month after I delivered.

But yes taking the bra off at end day hurts like heck esp if u have sore nipples too...felt better for me not to wear a bra but doesnt look too attractive! Lol pain does subside...I am 28 now and its been a few wks since the pain but they have their days where they are sensitive.

s been 7DPO and my mild-cramps and sore breasts and nipples have gone away. This morning I had a sharp vagina pain + mild-cramps. They were gone within 2 minutes it started. Does anyone have an idea of what it might've been? thanks.

Ok ladies, i had my daughter on Monday, shes been in the NICU so I wasn't able to start breastfeeding with her right away. We've had some trouble with latching on, which im sure is causing some of the nipple pain! But while shes still in the hospital and im home im still pumping so that I can use breastmilk and get some relief since my boobs are KILLING me! But anyway, my nipples are sooooo sore. Any tips on how to get some relief???

My nipples been sore since day one thats how I new I was pregnant.. I put a cold compress to help with my soring.

Don't worry symptoms going away isn't bad ... I was scared too at first. Don't worry cause in the second trimester most symptoms will go away either way.

so my mothr toldme that your sore boobs should eventually go away..and they just grow....my nipples r super sore tho not my actual breast just the nipple....

I usually have really sore breast right before my period and then it stops once I start. Well....last month I noticed my breast were still sore under my nipples when my period went off. The soreness never went away, and this month they're sore and my nipples are a little more sore than usual. Even though I'm only like 2 days late, I still have the "I feel like my period is about to start" feeling. Whats up with this??? I don't have any kids yet and I have been trying.
