when do sore breasts go away in pregnancy

My breasts are so sore. I will be 6 weeks tomorrow. Can someone tell me when this goes away? I didn't have this my 1st pregnancy almost 10 yrs ago.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to make this annoying symptom go away and preferably without a med that will knock me out?

I've gotten aches and pains, sometimes very sharp, in my breasts since early pregnancy. It's not uncommon during pregnancy, but if it's constant and the pain is really bad you might put in a call to your OB. It can't hurt to double-check.

I am getting nervous becasue I just found out I was pregnant yesterday and I am only 17DPO and all last week I had really sore breasts and tired and now my breasts are not as sore. Does anyone know if they go back and forth on soreness or could this be a sign of an early miscarriage?

Is it normal after the first 4 weeks for pregnancy symptoms to lull abit? All I have now are sore boobs, hardly any cramping and my high blood pressure, oh and the insomnia!

Hey everyone. Just got the all mighty positive test on monday and before that and some of this week I had super sore breasts and nipples they are heavy and feel so full, and I've been noticing more veins than usual. Today when I woke up my breasts and nipples weren't that sore. Is this normal I am 5/6 weeks, I am however, going to the bathroom more often and am more tired than usual.... also have TERRIBLE acid reflux at night. Any way is this normal, to have symptoms disappear?

i was trying the creams....well i would say in sept when dr first tried me on estradiol pills 1 mg and the promitium my breasts have been sore...she has treid estratest made my heart race to much..a higher dose of estrogen...my sex drive was coming back and now its going..im wondering if i might not need the progesterone,could it be the one making my breasts sore and im on depression meds anywasy and i read it can drppress u..

They're going to stay that way for a while. I'm 12 weeks and they aren't getting any better yet... I seem to remember a little less discomfort near the end of my pregnancy with my first but not much. Supportive bras without underwires are a good bet. I slept in sports bras for most of my pregnancy with baby #1 but have decided that going braless at night actually really does help. Let 'em breathe. And go in for a fitting when you notice a size difference...

Hi! I just had a BFP using a HPT yesterday too and I have had two previous miscarriages so I am so nervous too! I had really sore breasts all last week and the aren't as sore anymore. Does anyone know if the breasts will be more sore some days. I am scared that the HCG levels are leaving. I don't want to be scared and I am trying to have faith that this is our time!!!

I always get fuller breasts that hurt a lot about four days till my period. When I was pregnant, it didn't go away for a while. Wait for about a week, and if your period has not come & your breast are still full & sore then take a pregnancy test.

Every pregnancy is different. I had sore breasts for the majority of my pregnancy and it didn't go away until about 1 month after I delivered.

It could be the case but I usually get sore breasts through my whole luteal phase and sometimes they can be really sore. It's a difficult symptom to be able to tell.

I do get sore breasts sometimes couple of days b4 my period.This time my boobs got sore over a week b4 i was due to come on.My periods started but didnt las as long as usually(6 days normally and quite heavy) and was lighter than normally.My period has been finished over a week now and my breasts seem to be more sore than b4.Is it normal...never happened to me b4?! Can anyone tell me how sore do your breasts have to be as a sign of pregnancy. I am due my period on the 7th of July and hoping it doesn't come. I usually have cramp 1 or 2 days before my period with slight breast pain which i can cope with. But the pain i have in my breasts at the moment is unbelievable especially around the nipples i can hardly touch them its unbearable.

Which is why you have to wait almost to your next period to take a pg test. So, I am pretty sure your breasts are not sore from pregnancy, but are sore from your body ovulating.

Spotting is normal in early pregnancy.. My doctor told me as long as it's not bright red with cloths and lots of pain. It should be fine.. As for the sore boobs.. That usually goes away that's how I knew I was pregnant. It did go away about 8ish weeks.

Lumps are normal. It's the ones that suddenly appear or cause pain that are anything to worry about. And yes, uneven breasts are normal, too, but it's not true that they'll eventually even out in all cases. Sometimes they do, other times, they don't. I have one that's slightly smaller than the other. The soreness in your breasts is probably due to hormones. My periods were 5-7 days and really heavy with clots the entire time.

My last pregnancy I was sicker than a dog til halfway through my 2nd trimester. If your gut says something is wrong, than follow it. Itherwise, try to relax. When do you go in to see your OB?
