sneezing up phlegm

For a while now I wake up sneezing and having to blow my nose constantly. When I leave my house the sneezing and blowing my nose lessens. Also, I've been doing a lot of grunting a lot because i have a feeling of phlegm in my chest. I have been burping a lot more often that I have been taking a medication to stop my burping. After eat I do feel regurgitation. Could this be the reason of the feeling of phlegm in my chest?

almost 3 weeks later after the first exposure (19 days later) i started to have a mildly sore throat , and spitting white clear phlegm not coughing much after the first day of the i didnt have a sore throat but still the phlegm and a bit sneezing no fever no rash it lasted like 5 days . can it be ARS? or what does it sound like ? am i in danger?

I went to bed last night with a lot of phlegm in my throat and woke up this morning with a lot of soreness and phlegm once again. I tried to hack up the phlegm. Most of it was clear or yellow. Then I managed to get a real good one... I hacked up a real thick sample that was directly from my throat, and spit it out onto a tissue. I noticed a streak of blood on the tissue mixed with yellow phlegm. I continued to try to bring phlegm up, and didn’t notice the blood anymore.

I had a cold about a month ago which left me with sneezing green snot and a constant ache in the face close to the nasal area. 2 weeks ago the symptoms in the nasal area subsided, I started coughing alot, sometimes even keeps me from sleeping. every morning I wake to cough green sometimes brown phlegm and sneeze out green snot.

After a few cups of hot team with honey, lemon and a little brandy i spit up a greenish color mucus that eventually turned clear. Most of the rattle in my chest is gone, but my throat is sore and I do not have a fever. What is going on???

My age is 24, i am smoking from past 2 years, approx i smoke 4-5 cigretes a day, but from few months there is a problem which is quite disturbing, i am having continuous phlagum coming out with cough also sneezing comes along it with nausea after 2week or so, i have taken cure many times but it get cure for some time and starts again afterwards. My first instinct is to ask if you are a smoker?? Have you had this type of phlegm before?? Do you have phlegm on a regular basis or is this a first time occurrence?? Do you have any kind of pain involved, either in your chest or throat??

Hello, for the past five weeks I have been spitting up phlegm. The phlegm is white and bubbly or foamy. Someone told me they thought I might have pneumonia. But I spit up mostly after I eat or drink anything. and at night. I feel like I have to clear my throat a lot. I also have developed a stuffy nose that just started in the past two days. I can't tell if I have acid reflux or pneumonia or what. Is white foamy phlegm (that comes mostly after eating)a sign of pneumonia though?

s smoke at the college that I attend. Throughout my entire class, I could not stop sneezing, and I had so much phlegm, a runny nose, and watery eyes. I don't have allergies to anything, well maybe cigarette smoke? I cannot get the smell to go away.

Okay so it started almost half a week ago I'd say.. I wasn't feeling sick at all, but for some reason I just started coughing up a lot of phlegm.. clearish to yellow colored. I don't smoke cigarettes, only on the occassional weekend. I do smoke pot. I sometimes cough and then cough up green phlegm. I have had upper gi and colonoscopy. It did show a hiatal hernia. I don’t know where this green stuff is coming from. Had anyone else had this problem? I especially get it when I workout.

Since about the second or third week post quitting I started coughing up this weird white/gray phlegm that has a terrible, bitter acrid taste that coats my mouth and back of my throat almost like an oil. All throughout there was an immense amount of mucus drainage down my nose (had to blow it constantly) and throat making me cough up green phlegm that fell into my voice box and trachea.
