m in southern ca and currently I am at The Center for Fertility and Gynecology (I live in LA but drive to Tarzana b/c I like the drs. It is about a 15 min drive there and 25 min back to LA). This is my fourth RE. I really like Dr. Marc Kalan at the Center. Dr. Kalan returns my calls personally and comes out to talk to me if I am there for blood work and have questions. Actually, all three drs are nice and have great bed-side manners (which really matters to me as I am an anxious person).
I have really never heard about shaving bumps. Consult more plastic surgeons about it. After all, it is about your nose, which is the center of your face. Don't take quick decision. If u want, I can give a reputed broad certified surgeon's number, consult him.

hi rhere...i have been in an out of at least 40 different rehabs..some for alcohol..some for pills...i find them all pretty much the same as far as noone has a private room..there are usually 2 to a room..there are never any tv's in your room unless you go to beverly hills...there is usually one tv in the lounge for everybody and the time is limited to when you can watch it..usually only at night,after classes.about 8 pm.. everyone wants to be left alone when they detox..
) My dr is in santa barbara, ventura, and Beverly hills. He travels. I dont know where you live but if your in cali or can come to cali it would be a good choice. The only thing you can do is see an RE and see what he thinks you should do. Than if he puts IVF on the table see if they can help you with anything and maybe donated meds. If it is a small amount you can have prisms or a surgery developed by Dr. Ken Wright in Beverly Hills, an in office procedure which takes a few minutes. It is called a mini-tenotomy. I had this done for a small vertical tropia which was a complication of retinal detachment surgery and it worked well.

Thank you for your reply. I did go to a ENT specialst a few weeks ago. Unfortunately, I lost the pregnancy, though. The meds they offered were never taken, but I have been using Neosporin, and will use the prescription this week, as it still is going on. The dr said it looked like an ingrown hair/pimple like issue. He acted as though it was nothing, but I could take a bactrin like med for this. It is still there.
the cosmetic surgery refused to do it until i have had the TEE. but i am still hoping to have it done in march next year.

My nose is quite narrow and i have been considering surgery for some time now. However i was wondering, does a procedure exist to widen or increase the flare of the nostrils ?? I have read about nostrils being reduced but never increased in size.
I have been suffering from CFS for the past 9 months and recently saw Dr Stuart Silverman from Beverly hills. He recommends exercising 5 days a week and taking amino acid tablets which has had some positive effect on my fatigue and concentration. Have any one heard of Ampligen being approved in 2009 for CFS and so far I have heard some positive effect on CFS patients without too much side effects. I think they just completed phase 3 trials. Anyone have any ideas?

After two months, I found that the exercises were getting more difficult and I was very short of breath walking up hills. The cardiac rehab team said there was nothing wrong, they basically believed I was imagining things. My Doctor sent me to a Cardiologist who just did an ECG and listened to my heart. He said there was nothing wrong. After three months I felt very ill, nauseous and very short of breath.
I had maxillio facial surgery in 1997 while living in Beverly Hills, CA as I had an under bite. Surgery went well but my lower lip is still partially numb and my chin is mostly numb. I now live in Canada and in 2012, I was attacked and hit on the left side of my face. I received a concussion and bruising. In the past 9 months, I have experienced drooping on the left side of my mouth - 2 occasions - last July and now in April.
