AIDS is a progression of HIV. You don't test for AIDS, you test for HIV. Only people who are HIV + can get a diagnosis of AIDS, which is diagnosed with very specific criteria.
3 months is conclusive, so you tested WAY beyond the window period. You don't have HIV.

No, because neither have specific symptoms. AIDS definition is when ones CD4 drops down to 200 or less or one has a low CD4 but also has an O.I. Once you are in the AIDS classification it no longer matters how high you CD4 level gets, your classification will stay as having AIDS. If you don't care for the term AIDS, you can use Advance HIV Disease it means the same.

You can't transmit AIDS, AIDS is a progression of HIV.

Acer, a dentist who was shared by the six patients and who died of complications of the acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS). So how could a HIV postive dentist spread HIV to six people if HIV can't survive outside the body?? And the CDC said he didn't have sex or use drugs with any of these people. Do you guys have any insights??

ve been asked this before, but is it possible that in a person with Aids or a person with an advanced stage of Aids would stop making hiv antibodies? Do people with hiv show hiv antibodies for the rest of there life, even in the terminal stage of aids? And is it possible that someone could catch the hiv virus and in 3 years develop aids in an advanced stage if that person where unaware that they where hiv possitive and where not receiving treatment for hiv?

Hi, I met this boy one evening and later kissed him (open mouth kiss), he was acting very odd and called me the next day to tell me he had an Auto Immune Disease...immediatley I assumed AIDS, and then he swore up and down that he didn't have aids but an auto immune disease that he was born with that made him succeptable to sickness and he wanted to make sure the cut on my lip wasnt a cold sore (which it was, almost gone).....
Why would you link scabies and nail infection to HIV/AIDS? Probably 95% of people in India who have both scabies and nail infection don't have HIV. HIV test results always trump symptoms and your test result means that you fall into that 95%.
