I'm 24, 10 weeks. For a about a week now I'm not having anymore pregnancy symptoms. Not as tired, no morning sickness, no cravings, I don't even feel pregnant. I'm scared of a silent/missed miscarriage. Has anyone else symptoms stopped and had a safe pregnancy?
Not to worry any mamas. As this is pretty rare. But I was told on Sunday 10-26 that I was miscarrying my little one. I am of course completely devastated. However is is worsened by the fact that other than the spotting I've had my entire pregnancy (literally) I have no symptoms. No pain, clots, period - like bleeding, cramps etc.
I'm 9 weeks pregnant today and about 2 days ago all my pregnancy symptoms went away. I no longer have nausea, tender breasts, super smell, nothing. There's been no spotting or bleeding but I've had a slight off and on pain on the left side of my belly. Is it normal to have all symptoms stop suddenly this early in the pregnancy? Should this be something I worry about?

What causes a missed miscarriage?
A missed miscarriage usually happens because something went wrong in early pregnancy. Perhaps the embryo had the wrong number of chromosomes. At the moment of conception, when the sperm meets the egg, 23 chromosomes from each parent should meet, to make 46 in total.
If you have a missed miscarriage, then there would be no bleeding or pain? right? My question is, can you have a miscarriage without bleeding but with the pain? I've had some recent bad pain all over my tummy, sometimes it got so bad that i had to sit down and rest for a few minutes..sometimes it would last for hours and it seemed as though i just had a very bad tummy ache..others would only last a few minutes.
If you are worried, go to the doctor. Usually if there's no bleeding, there isn't much of a chance of miscarriage, but if it eases your mind, you can always go get checked. I had a missed miscarriage last year. lost the baby at 8 weeks, but didn't know until my 12 week ultrasound... Never bled. No cramps. I even maintained all pregnancy symptoms, so I've requested more ultrasounds throughout my pregnancy to be cautious.
I had no bleeding or signs that anything had went wrong (missed miscarriage) went in at my 12 week scan to find no heartbeat. As long as you are pregnant viable or not, you will still experience symptoms. I'd get a second opinion before making a decision on what to do.
I went through a similar process and I did have a missed m/c....I had a tv u/s at 8 weeks and baby measured 7 weeks and no heartbeat...I still went on another week with no m/c symptoms and ended up opting for the d&c....... i recently was told by my doctor that i had a blighted ovum or a missed miscarriage. In other words,the sac continued to grow but no baby ever developed. During my 7 week preg. I did experience extreme brownish discharge as well as clear watery discharge. My questions are was that type of discharge normal? When will the actual miscarriage take place?

t want to be the one to make you worry more but with my first pregnancy we saw the heartbeat at 6w2d went back at 9 weeks and baby was only measuring 6w4d and now had no heartbeat. I ended up having a missed miscarriage which is where the baby passed but your body for whatever reason doesn't actually miscarry. I also had a missed miscarriage with no symptoms whatsoever (found out by u/s on 2/13) and the doctor gave me an option of natural m/c or d&c and I had to think about it over the weekend and I dedided I just couldn't handle it emotionally to wait it out. A week later I had the d&c. At my followup the dr. said my cervix was still closed and soft so apparently my body wasn't ready to let go of the pregnancy. I am 8 weeks and so far have had a miserable time of it. Split up with my partner. Cramping and restless leg syndrome in my legs and arms and hands. Iv had very bad anxiety and feeling quite depressed. I work part time just doin 4 hour shifts 5 days a week. I don't do anything I would say was strenuous but I have been very very upset all the time. I had sore breasts from the beginning and major swelling to my stomach due to the sore stabbing sort of period like cramps.
Hi all this is my first time ever posting here, am 6 weeks pregnant and I have had no symptoms.. this is my 2nd pregnancy, had a chemical miscarriage earlier on this year so am soo worried and scared, my first ultrasound is in a week and I dont thnk I cant wait for that week.. Am I crazy to wanting symptoms to appear??? Pls help...
