its not the sanwiches but its what you put in them that I think you may be geting worried about, just make sure everything is fresh, if your mashing boiled egg and mixing it with mayo, make sure you dont use fresh egg mayo and the egg is well cooked, all chicken should be cooked properly and if your using deli meats ie ham make sure its fresh and has been stored properly

I have POTS and am supposed to go to the Mayo Clinic in Minnesota this winter. I'm curious who has been to Mayo before and how their experiences went. Did you use the POTS clinic part of it or something else? I am also curious because I am mainly going to see if any doctor can figure out the underlying cause of my POTS (my current doctors are not interested in testing for any possible causes of it). Should I go to the POTS clinic part of it or should I just see a general doctor there?

My mother has had headaches her whole life, but the past couple of years have been the worst. She has seen doctor after doctor and even visited the Mayo Clinc for the burning in her head, which she said it feels as if her head is on fire. Neurolgists have ran MRIs with and without contrast only to find nothing. She has had a occipital nerve block but the burning remains. Hey - If you go to Mayo, try the one in Jacksonville even though it is smaller. Because I was visiting family in that area, I just went in and spoke with them there but, unfortunately, I decided to be seen at the Mayo in Minnesota - a place which I cannot recommend. I was essentially blown off there, becoming merely learning experience for one of their student MDs. The people at the Jacksonville Mayo seemed way more concerned and would have been more thorough investigating me for ALS.
In addition, I am going for a second opinion to the Mayo Clinic and would like a heads up before I go. Can you help me with this? Thank you! I have been going through this pain for 5+ years now.
