My grandma has a rash that is bumpy, red and itchy. It started on her neck and has spread over the last 3 months over her back all the way to her legs. The doctors have eliminated scabies and shingles. There are no other symptoms present and the medication that lines up with the time she had the rash has been removed and still the rash did not go away.
She is on eliquis, escitalopram, metoprolol, and lisinopril.
Looks like he was scratched. he gets itchy and hot and these scratch lines appear and goes away within about 15 minutes or so.. has been happening now for weeks and is more frequent now. Rash appears on his hip (underwear line) and on the inside of his forearms and legs. Did you ever find out what kind of rash this is? Any info you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
I resisted the temptation to scratch but used anti-histamine cream and tables instead. However these 2 lines (very itchy) appeared. Again they disappeared over the winter but guess what, they are back again and a bit longer this time. I have no idea what they are but to be honest I'm not going to worry about it. If they develop into something more I shall let you know. It's just interesting to know that someone else has the same.
I also have a raised red line that itches like crazy on my lower back that has a couple itchy red spots around it. I also had a red rash that was on my chest/lower neck. I put hydrocortisone cream on both my chest and the rash on my lower stomach and the one on my chest seemed to go away but the other has not and seems to have gotten worse (although the hydrocortisone did help the itching somewhat). I'm not really sure what it could be.
Throughout the day, when I scratch an itchy surface on my skin, I get these long red itchy lines (like a bumpy rash) on my skin! They itch severely, but disappear without a trace in 15-30 mins.... Occasionally, I have small bumps near the long red lines, but the bumps are not red, they are just raised. Any ideas what this is?
Since childhood i have had a very itchy skin and very often find that my arms & legs and other parts of my body will start itching for no reason, and it sometimes it starts with a little red dot but when i itch, it becomes like hives and all red. Sometimes i will get itchy and the hive like things will stay and then sometimes it will start itching right next to that and spread and takes a few days to disappear.
m not sure, but the rash has progressively gotten worse.. Each day id feel itchy in a new spot.. Ive had jock itch for a while now, but recently ive had intensely itchy rashes on my foreskin as well. The rash is made of small bumps and lines that swell when i scrath them, and they appear to be filled with pus. The rash appears for about a week, then disappears for a week. about 3 weeks ago a real itchy rash showed up under the crease of my butt. it itched like crazy. it started out as like 3 little bumps and turned into a cluster of of pimple like bumps. I doctored it really well with anti itch medicine. about a week later on the same leg, a new line of a rash came up. decided to go to the doctor, they gave me a decahedron shot and told me to come back if it was still there in the next couple days.

Well, I wear classic briefs panties, and once in a while my buttocks start to itch where the panty lines at the buttocks (near the hips) are. The itchiness lasts until I FINALLY have to use to ladies' room to itch. It's completely embarrassing, and there's no rash. I'm sure it's not the fabric or the laundry soap/detergent/softener/etc... because it's the same for all briefs. I need help please! And no dermatologists!
I currently have a red, terribly itchy, rash that is covering portions of my torso and back. It is concentrated mostly under my bra and waist lines. It is raised and painful to the touch, but possibly because I have scratched it too much. It is spreading every day, and I have had it now for about five days. The older patches, some of which are about two and a half inches across, are starting to scale over somewhat, but there is no oozing of fluid coming from them.
s smooth and is plain red, it looks almost like I could have walked into the edge of a table. Within this past week I have noticed light purple vertical lines near the spot, they almost look like stretch marks but aren't raised or indented or anything. There are about 7 of these lines next to each other, and the outer edge of the spot to the last line goes from the outer side of my right leg to the inner back part of the leg just below my knee. I have a itchy rash that itches first then welts up in lines then it goes away it usually occurs on my hands from the wrist area to my knuckles, my torso usually back area, and as a strong itchy tingling on the tip of my toes, but is not limited to these certain areas. I have had itching inside my ears, between my fingers, on my legs and feet.
I would say they may not be itchier at night time but the itch is much more noticeable at night. I quite often wake up scratching myself.
I have these on my scalp, hands, arms, legs, ankles,back and even buttocks, though currently only these are pigmented. I can't explain the lines. I've suspected scabies myself but my primary doctor said he couldn't find any signs of them; no tunnel marks between the lesions.
My 16 year son has about 6 to 7 vertical lines of various lenghts on his sides of his rib cages in the center of his torso. He said they do not itch. They look like stretch marks but are red. Is this something I should take him to the doctor for review?
HIV related rashes are maculopapular rash. They don't itch. Your rash is unspecific to HIV. You have conclusively tested negative and the last incident you have described didn't posses risk as long as your urethera was protected.

From the description of rash,it can be contact dermatitis,rash due to friction rub during intercourse or balanitis. Wash the areas several times with fresh water. Do not use any cosmetic products at the sites. You can apply some calamine lotion at the rash as it will help in soothing the skin.Also wear cotton undergarments.Application of mild corticosteroid cream and oral antiinflammatories like ibuprofen/acetaminophen are also helpful.
I've been itching for a couple of weeks now, and there are no rashes anywhere, but my whole body's itchy along with my scalp, and I have a couple of bumps in a few places. (legs, hips, and lower back.) when I itch the area that's itchy it turns red and gets puffy and gets white welt type things that itch that are puffy, but it all goes away after a half hour, but gets itchy again later. It's the worst at night and it's the worst on my back, neck, and arms.
Now 6 weeks my wife 1 month pregnant broke out with a itchy red rash all over her back chest neck palms of her hands stomach some red lines the rest are raised and blotchy she has a sorethroat congestion cough and chills no fever went to doctor they said she has hives one encounter i was intoxicated the sexworker came to my room we had protected vaginal sex and she stayed the night i am extremely worried because when im a sleep i tend have sex half a sleep and dont even realize it.
