My fingertips on my right hand have severe pain. It started in my pointer finger. I thought it might be ingrown fingernail so I used fingernail clippers to get it out(with no success of seeing signs of ingrown fingernail).. well each day i woke up it was in a different fingertip. This lasted about a week and went away. It came back a few weeks ago but much worse. All my fingertips are sore, but the severity of it moves every couple days to a new finger.

well i heard that if you use alot of cream down there it makes it more possible for outbreaks to occur.. and im pretty sure i have a bikini line infection where the hairs along my bikini line become ingrown and I just dont know what is safe to use down there an what isnt. From the history that you have provided it looks like paronychia of the nail which progressed to infection of the fingertip. Paronychia is a soft tissue infection around a fingernail that begins as cellulitis but that may progress to a definite abscess. It is of two types: acute caused by bacterial infection and chronic caused by fungal infection.
It could be something as simple as a sebaceous cyst, an infected, ingrown hair follicle, a collosal zit or perhaps a growth of some sort.
Either way, you need to visit with your physician. A large cyst or boil, can be removed or lanced to relieve the pressure. Your doctor may also elect to put you on antibiotics to reduce the chance of a staph or other dangerous infection. If it is a growth of some sort, then it needs to be removed and biopsied to check for malignancy.
It could be from something as simple as a fingernail scratch and could be a tiny little infection. Is there any opening to it or a head to it? There ingrown toenails and then there are ingrown toenails with soft tissue infection. If there is soft tissue infection a personal visit to an M.D. or a Podiatrist is mandatory. Soaking the toe in hot water is contraindicated unless directed by a physician. Under certain circumstances, if being treated by antibiotics a wet-dry protocol is favored, but that has fallen out of favor by those involved in wound management. Soft tissue infections must be treated by oral antibiotics.

That said, your recurrent finger lesion could be something to get checked out. Most likely you have either have a recurrent bacterial infection, perhaps due to an ingrown fingernail; or you might have a recurrent herpes whitlow. The next time it happens, you should visit a health care provider promptly (within 1-2 days of starting) to be tested.
But for sure there was no possibility of catching HIV from being in the clinic. Don't worry about it.
About 5 days ago I started to feel itchy around my vagina, and assumed I was just getting a yeast infection, since I tend to be prone to them. The next day I discovered 4 bumps, 2 on one side of my outer labia and lower near my vaginal opening, and 2 on the opposite outer labia but closer to the crease of my leg. I tried to squeeze them to see if anything would come out, but nothing. Instead they just bled a little and scabbed up and slowly started to disappear.
