2 weeks ago I had a stomach flu. Since then I feel nauseous all the time, burping before and especially after meals; when burp I feel acid in my mouth, feeling of tightness in a upper stomach, no pain. I also feel like something is turning around in the esophagus but it doesn't feel like the heartburn would feel after a fatty meal. Please help!

About a month ago I cam down with chills, headache and generally feeling ill. I had had a high dose flu shot a week earlier. I felt pretty awful for the next 3 days, but improved slowly. However, I have had these symptoms intermittently along with stomach upset, pain in the upper right abdominal quadrant which sometimes extends across my stomach and to the lower back. My appetite has diminished somewhat and weight has gone down. I am making an appt.
About four weeks ago, I started having mild heartburn symptoms at night, that were generally relieved by Zantac. About two weeks ago, I had a 24 hour type stomach virus that included vomiting and body aches, but no diarrhea. Following that episode, I had a consistent acid reflux problem that included upper chest and esophageal burning, as well as upper chest discomfort that would be relieved by changing position or belching.
lol it's still VERY early for you!!! maybe you're having symptoms super early, but that's REALLY early for heartburn & stuff.. unless you're eating something to cause it.
a lot of women don't get symptoms until 6 weeks or further along..
I'm up once again, 4:30 a.m. with heartburn, insomnia, ugh..

And omg yes the heartburn!!! That's by far the worst for me.
I am having the same symptoms. Heartburn, back pain, lightheaded and neausea, I also had lots of belching but I do that to try and stop the neausea. I took my blood pressure and it was 146/91 and BPM was 86, my normal is about 110/66 and BPM is about 65 to 70. I had Reflux surgery 15 years ago and have not had heartburn since, until last night. Symptoms have gone away since the middle of the night. History of my family.
