Avatar f tn A heart condition might be the reason for my fainting spells but why am I getting the severe cramping/spasms? If there is anyone out there who has had similar occurances please let me know. I would rather know than not know what is happening to me.

10777943 tn?1412955415 I'm the same, I get terrible fainting spells during pregnancy. I know its not low blood pressure because I've had preeclamplsia through both pregnancies but interestingly my iron levels have been really low particularly this pregnancy. I had an iron infusion last week and haven't fainted since. Maybe get your iron checked?
Avatar n tn My biggest concern is the dizziness and fainting and incredible fatigue. The fatigue has gotten worse over the years but my sleep apnea is managed well with CPAP and nothing else ever seemed wrong physically so I have just dealt with it by making sure I get plenty of rest and strictly pacing my activity level. My sense is something is not right but none of the tests seem all that unusual. I'm wondering if anyone has any idea what might be up with this?
Avatar f tn They say dizziness is normal fainting is when you need to go to the doctor. I kept forgetting to take my prenatals now that I take them everyday I don't get the dizzy spells.
Avatar f tn I've had arrhythmia's & dizziness/fainting that went undiagnosed from age 9 to age 42, many dr's said it was "nothing" and don't worry about it or it was stress related. I had a TTT and found my dizziness, lightheadedness & fainting were cardiac related and my heart was actually stopping during my fainting spells, which is a very rare thing.
Avatar f tn I'm 32 weeks and for the past 2 months I have been experiencing hot/sweat spells that lead to dizziness and sometimes fainting. It happens at work the most but also at home. It's not my blood pressure or sugar. My doctor says it's normal which I find kind of odd. Has anyone else ever experienced this?
Avatar f tn Im 20 weeks and am having bits of light headedness and dizziness.
Avatar f tn I am 53 and in menopause and I have actually fainted now while driving. My heart was racing and I had a hot flash and then I lost consciousness for 3 or 4 seconds. Went off the road, through a fence and into a field. Very luckily, no one was hurt. This happened a year ago. Had tons of tests done on my heart, blood work, etc. Nothing found. Now, a year later, I'm starting to get the dizzy spells again (not vertigo though, I've had that before).
Avatar f tn I'm at week 24 of 48 weeks of SOC treatment. Since starting treatment, I get these episodes of feeling very faint and dizzy. It's very difficult to stand in one spot for any length of time without this happening. Today at work I was talking to someone and felt myself begin to get dizzy. I tried to continue in my professional role, thinking that I'd be able to make it through this episode without causing a scene, as I've managed to do this in the past.

Avatar m tn It started after my two fainting spells. One was at the end of July. The other was in the middle of November. The first time I was just laying in bed at home, alone. Suddenly i got nauseous. I decided I would go to the bathroom so i could possibly vomit. But once i started to move to head towards the bathroom down the hall I got very dizzy then my vision slowly went fuzzy, then kind of grey, then I was out. I awoke about half an hour later laying in the middle of the hall.
Avatar f tn But ever since this incident she has continued to have fainting spells regularly. Since two weeks ago the fainting became frequent and even five days in a row. She has even passed out on the street!!! She was hospitalised for 4 days to run tests. The doctors did a full blood count, MRI, EEG and cardiac check and everything came back ok.

364288 tn?1300144506 Happy Monday everyone! Hope you all had a great weekend! I just had a quick question for you re: fainting. I've had a few spells on and off nothing to the point where I actually faint but I start feeling like I'm going to pass out. I get sweaty and I feel sick to my stomach. I talked to my Dr. about this and she didn't seem concerned. She said sometimes your blood pressure gets low and it you start feeling that way. Just wondering if anyone has felt like this before? It *****!!
Avatar f tn I have had two fainting spells over the past 5 years where my hands and feet start to tingle before it happens as well as the feeling I have to frequently blinkand my neck feels like it needs to crack, it happened once when I was driving, I pulled over thank god.. After it happens I also have ringing in my ears and sort of the feeling in my head that I was hit with a bat. I have noticed it comes when I have high anxiety or stress.
Avatar n tn Hi, I'm a 16 year old and have been experiencing spells of dizziness for about the last year as well as random numbness/tingling in my toes, feet, fingers, and hands. Avatar n tn This is my third pregnancy and I've had fainting spells with my previous two nor while not pregnant. However, recently, I started to blacked out and sat myself quickly to the floor so i wouldn't hit hard and slowly began to recover. I didn't completely faint but did lose control and was sweaty on my neck even in air conditioning during the episode. It was a different feeling from being light headed or dizzy(i have experienced those but not this pregnancy) and scared me to death.
