fainting or blacking out

Has anyone else had a episode of blacking out, vision gets fuzzy, hearing trouble, and dizzy and than out while feeling nauseous the whole time

iFor the last 3 years or so i have been fainting or blacking out for no reason. When it first started, i just thought that it was just because i was getting out of bed way too fast ( i used to fall in my room a lot! and in the hall way. one time i fell into my closet and couldn't get up for some reason.) But then it got all weird because it would happen out of the blue. i would be feeling fine and walking and then i would just pass out right there.

I sort of know I'm going to faint/blackout as I start to sweat and get a severe headache, the headache feels like a preaxure that has built up and the only way my body can relieve it is by "Fainting/Blacking Out".

Does it eventually go away when the cough goes away or do I always have to worry about my husband blacking out for the rest of his life? Please someone tell me it stopped eventually. We have been to the doctors, ER, Cardio and no answer except it is coughing syncope. No solutions. I am so affraid to let him drive by himself or with our son in the car. please help.

Have lived with the pains, discomfort, IBS symptoms etc for a while now but this has never happened!!! I could feel myself blacking out and now have a banging headache and feel rather sick!! Any words of wisdom would be great from all you fantastic ladies......many thanks, Claire.

Jerry is correct. The blacking out can caused by low blood pressure or low heart rate. I was having dizzy spells and blacking out spells a few years back. The docs also told me that blocked arteries in the neck can cause it too. It causes a reduction in the amount of blood getting to your head. They checked my arteries and it turned out they were ok... Id say you just need to see your doc and let them check you out...

I have had a really bad tooth ache/infection, and I am wondering if that could be the reason I have been getting light headed, blacking out to the point of passing out and sometimes doing a flooping episode like a seziour afterwards, and very low blood pressure? Can you help me on any info of what might be going on with me?

I think you need to see your doctor right away. Not only to get your ankle checked out but to discuss this fainting and blacking out. That's dangerous! You could hit your head. Please see your doctor.

Not everyone has that to the point of blacking out!!! Going from a sitting to a standing and then bending can cause rapind changes in the blood pressure that might bring on a woozy feeling with blurred vision. I have had that, but never blacked out. And as for the heart stopping and then starts up with a hard beat, I did have that also with supraventricular tachycardia. I could feel my heart stop and start again even in my wrist.

And i was just wondering if almost blacking out when i stand up or move to fast is a sympotm of the medication? Its really freaking me out and i need answers.

Recently she fell from a flight of stairs, 20 steps high, due to blacking out when she was at the top (inside the hospital). I was wondering if anyone at all recognizes these particular symptons/problems of perhaps a rare kind of disease/neurologic dysfunction that's very hard to trace or find out. She is willing to visit hospitals outside the UK. I myself am a patient at Leiden Universitair Medisch Centrum (LUMC) in the Netherlands. Any help at all would be very much appreciated.

you can pass out for any reason, however if you are passing out or near passing out I would put a call into my doctor to let them know, especially if you have some cardiac issues good luck michelle

She was put on beta-blockers but those only made the blacking out less, but she still blacked out. To this day we dont know what is wrong with her.

Is anyone else having problems feeling really dizzy or fainting? I passed out last week in the middle of cosco and almost again in Wal-Mart anyone else having or had this problem??

I have a problem with drinking too much. I only drink once a week so it doesn't affect my everyday life but when I do drink I drink way too much. I probably black out almost every time I drink.When I do, I lose all coordination and can be mean to the people I'm with including my girlfriend. I've always drank hard liquor so beer has litle to no effect on me. When I drink beer I just get annoyed because I have to drink so much of it to get drunk.

From then until about 11 that night, i was vomiting, i had diarrhea, i had the sweats, i kept blacking out or fainting when i was trying to hurry to the bathroom, etc. This episode has only occurred one other time about two years ago. I am 16 years old. What could the problem be??

is this also a symptom of it? Stress precipitates episodes of them blacking out where they will have a blank stare and grit their teeth and they start attacking whatever stressed them out and it has gotten them in trouble several times. This needs to be resolved soon because they are going to have a kid and are really concerned about it.
