My fainting spells are always proceeded by a tingling in my toes and fingers. This tingling turns into a partial numbness and then I get these burning sensations almost like I have a sunburn that works its way up to my face. Then my vision is effected, things don't swirl but sort of rock slightly. Then I get an electric jolt, the blood feels like it is draining from my head and I sit down immediately and knod off.
You could be me! Very bad tingling and cramping in legs. soreness. I'm 41 and move like im 71. I started taking b12, b-complex, magnesium and vit d supplements about 2 months ago and that did help quite a bit. I would say 50% of feet tingling is gone.

Tingling at the adjacent two fingers is due to compression at the C7 level. And tingling of the last two fingers is due to compression at the C8 level. This is probably due to posture while sleeping, but ocasionally due to degenerative arthritis. Sometimesw it is a residual of a so-called "whiplash" injury. If it continues you might want to get an MRI to verify if there are degnerative changes.
