I have had mild lower abdominal pain for the past 2 1/2 weeks. The pain feels exactly like menstrual cramps but they are not. The pain started off and on but is now almost constant. It is relieved by Advil, but I'm concerned that it still persists. No other symptoms.
I have pain in the lower abdominal area. It's constant, but every once in awhile it will hurt worse, like a spasm. Which I have had for 5 days now. Urine and bowel movements are normal. It doesn't burn when I pee. I've had some vaginal discharge, but it doesn't smell. No fever. I'm constantly queasy, but no vomiting. I had unprotected sex a 8 days ago. The last day of my period was 15 days ago. What could be wrong with me?
I have had lower right abdominal pain for 3 months now. I had done urinalysis and blood work, came back with normal results. Also had pregnancy tests, and gynological exam done all of it was normal. Dr suspected ovarian cysts so I had abdominal and pelvic ultrasound - results again normal. They put me on a birth control pill - that did not help still constant dull abdominal pain in Lower right quadrant. Dr suggested Laparoscopy, where he removed adhesion and a little endometriosis.
4-7dp3dt lots of cramps, some painful, lower abdominal cramping, some dizziness, forgetfulness, some weight gain. Day 7 mostly some lower abdominal pain but later in the day. Slight back pain. Had a few scary dreams. 8dp3dt Temp was 98.0/98.1 around 6:30am. Around 4:30am it was 98.2. Took a FRER in a.m. BFN. At least I know HCG has cleared out. Oh well. My temp is dropping. Took temp at night @9pm, 98.0.
I can't find anything on stomach pain with pregnancy because when you google it, they assume you mean lower abdominal pain which is normal. I know sharp stomach pain isn't normal though!
BUT don't be fooled because a lot of the ectopic symptoms tend to be normal pregnancy symptoms aswell. Bleeding or spotting Pain in one or both sides Pain in the abdomen cramping nausea and vomitting dizziness and or fainting shoulder pain The dizziness, fainting and shoulder pain are all signs of your tube possibly rupturing. Id say go see your doc and make sure your okay, its better to be safe than sorry. Ectopic pregnancies is the main issue for pregnancy deaths in the mothers.
I ovulated this past Monday and today is Thursday. Early this morning I woke up with some lower abdominal pain that got quite painful. It only lasted about an hour and then just some very mild discomfort. It didn't really feel like a period cramp and it is too early for implantaion cramps. My breast are also very tender. Has anyone had this experience and been pregnant? Any advice besides wait and see?
I have been having increased abdominal pain, next to belly button on left and radiates to lower left area and lower back for about 7 days now. The abdominal pain I have noticed has been followed by a pink discharge, sometimes darker and the pain tends to get worse anytime I bear down to urinate or have a bowel movement. I have ovarian cysts that my Gyno says are small on my ovaries and he advises me that they rupture every month and to not be too concerned with them.

For the past week I have some different feelings, first my breasts started getting very sore, and the nipples, it hurts to touch them and for when the water hits them in the shower. I have lower abdominal pain cramping and have had lower back pain. I have had to go to the bathroom so much more lately. It does not hurt when I go I pee either. Then Yesterday I went to the bathroom and had milky white discharge, not clear discharge. There was quite a bit.
also eating more and finding certain food smells disgusting. Now and again, experiencing lower back pain and abdominal pain if I bend quickly and suddenly. My tummy is also feeling bloated and seems to have got slightly bigger - this could be down to the extra food I am eating though. I think I am gassed up too - feel like burping lol. Wishing you all a healthy 9 months.
I would like to hear about everyone's early pregnancy symptoms before they got their BFP! I love comparing! I am 6 DPO and hoping! Thanks Ladies!
I have small cramping, like i would have with a period, but no lower back pain. I am extremely exhausted, and throw up in my mouth after every time I eat. I feel tighter across my stomach, and my nipples are extremely sore and the glands around them are raised, as well as I have been having to use the bathroom more. I have taken several hpts but they are all negative. I was wondering if I could be pregnant, and if I am, does my having taken plan b risk the baby having defects?
I took an early HPT 3-4 days early and got a very faint positive. I took another 2 days later and got a nice pink line that was very visible. There is new test out now that you can test 5 days early. I don't remember if it is a new EPT or a First Response. Good Luck.
Hi, I don't really want to ask this because I am afraid of the answers, but has anyone in the earliest stages of pregnancy experienced lower abdominal pain and burning sensations that occur between the navel and the lower pelvis? It's not muscle pain, it feels like my organs. I don't know what it is, if I have an inflammation or an infection or something, or if it is just some weird side effect from the Pill. Could it even be bloating? It's really bothering me.
I had cramps then as well before I knew for sure I was pregnant. Has anyone else experienced AF cramps in the early pregnancy? I really want to keep this one going but am very scared. I am also on 200mg of Prometrium and my progesterone level seems to be ok. I am still waiting to find out about my HCG levels because the lab misplaced my blood or something so I had to take a new test yesterday and won't know until Tuesday where I am really at.
i am about 4 weeks pregnant for the past few days I'm experiencing light to moderate cramps but this morning I woke up with a sharp stabbing pain in my lower right abdomin. After several minutes the pain subsided but should i be worried or is this normal?
I am feeling bloated, gassy (burbing all the time), ache near the belly buttom towards the right, feeling nausea and more headaches than usual. Initially i also have a little pain towards my lower abdominal (the location moves around from time to time) and also my back hurts (could be from other recent activities). My period is due a little over a week and i am so worried. (I am exposed to precum during my period - is that possible ?) Is it too early to take a pregnancy test?
You can look up the symptoms of Etopic Pregnancy online, and some of the symptoms are as you described. Lower abdominal pains, with spotting, bleeding and pain. Now, lower cramping is and can be normal, but is not thought to be normal when accompanied with bleeding. Do not ignore any type of bleeding. Bleeding in itself may not be a concern, but should always be checked out and monitored. Some people have bleeding throughout their whole pregnancy and mistake it for a period.
The symptoms that you describe abdominal cramps, fatigue could be few of early symptoms suggestive of pregnancy. Urine pregnancy test kits can help detect pregnancy usually after about 20 days post-conception. In few cases it can be an adverse reaction to fertility drugs where the ovaries become extremely sensitive and swell up. Be in regular monitoring and follow-up with your treating doctor/gynecologist and report any new/abnormal symptoms immediately. Keep me posted. Take care and regards!
Doctor said its unlikely im pregnant as 5 pregnancy tests results were negative. I havnt really been having any other pregnancy symptoms. Has anyone any ideas what this could be? Could i be pregnant? I dont have the patience to wait for the results of the bloods. Thanks!
OMG! After 6 months of increasing lower right abdominal pain which wakes me up earlier and earlier each morning and only goes away after I have been up and been to the loo, I do this search and find you all talking about what I am experiencing! I've had catscan, MRI, Ultrasounds (both internal and external), colonoscopy, blood tests etc etc etc and NOTHING has shown up!
I have a history of Crohn's Disease, and had a resection (terminal ileum, ileo-coecal valve, and appendix) about 6 years ago, but that has always been associated with lower RQ pain. I also had my gall bladder removed 2 years ago. I'm about 80 pounds overweight. Here's the kick--I'm 24 weeks pregnant, so imaging and scope studies are out. I had an ultrasound, and the only abnormality was a slightly enlarged liver.
-Urinalysis -Imaging including erect chest X-ray and plain films of the abdomen -An electrocardiograph to rule out a heart attack which can occasionally present as abdominal pain If diagnosis remains unclear after history, examination and basic investigations as above then more advanced investigations may reveal a diagnosis. These as such would include -Computed Tomography of the abdomen/pelvis -Abdominal or pelvic ultrasound -Endoscopy and colonoscopy' http://en.wikipedia.
It is often sharp pain that also radiates to my shoulder, right arm, and back, especially between my should blades. The pain is always in the exact same spots, never moves lower or to the left. When my dr presses on that area, it is painful enough to bring tears to my eyes. I also often have nausea with the pain, but never vomited. My bowel movements have been normal, though one time about 2 months ago, I had one that was gray in color.
Hello Ladies...I know it's early but what are your symtoms so far?? I've just been very tired, overly emotional and bloated. I'm worried no sickness of any kind although that's normal for women in my family.
I did not have any symptoms with my ectopic last year. My HCG levels did rise, but they never doubled like they're supposed to. The risk of ectopic with IVF is the same as with natural conception. I also think that if you are only four weeks, you wouldn't have any ectopic symptoms since "it" is way too small to rupture your tubes like a later ectopic possibly could. My RE even watched and waited until I was past the 6 week mark before tofficially declaring/treating my ectopic.
