If there are whitening lotions for darker skins, lipsticks for black lips, why cant they invent whitening for eyes.

I floss daily, brush 2 -3x daily, change my toothbrush often, avoid dark colas and coffee and staining foods like blueberries, and I use Biotene mouthwash (the label says it "brings out the natural whiteness of teeth.") but still my teeth looking super dull lately and not nearly as white as they used to be. I am 35 now, but is there anything other than age that could be contributing to the "aging" look to my teeth?

The left corner of my lower lip started whitening from its vermillion border. I have had oral herpes in that area for 20 years and have treated it with zovirax, and in sometimes in recent years, abreva. I went to a derm and he thought it was chelitis that was drying out my lips and causing hypopigmentation. He wasn't completely confident and told me that. Im a 17 year old asian male with dark lips. I was born with lighter lips but i have neglected them when i was younger. ve experienced dry lips before but none were like this, particularly at the middle area of the upper lips. Hi. I am using a whitening soap (kojic). The process is I am rubbing the soap to my body then I am waiting for at least five minutes for the soap to stay in my body. the area around my mouth and chin is quite dark and can be easily spotted, my cheeks seems to be lighter but with dark spots which im sure is melasma, my eye area is quite dark compared to the rest of my face and my forehead a medium colour. i tend to get spots leaving marks which makes my skin look even more uneven, rough and though my skin may be soft, the appearence doesn't convey that, it always looks like i have spots and marks even when i dont!
