have been on roaccutane for 3 weeks now, I tablet a day, from by derm, cos apparently i have perorial dermititus, after 2 months on doxy and 3 months on minocyline, and my rash (on each side of my mouth) are getting bigger. should i go back on minocycline. And if so, can i take minocycline straight away after stopping roaccutane.

Wanting to help her feel better I got her the Clinique Acne Solutions 3 step process. She used it for 2 days and now it appears that her face in burned...some spots worse than others. How do we treat this? I made an appt with a dermatologist but we can't get in for a month. HELP!

Did u have any acne before? I had none, and very little during adolescence. But I have a bunch on my back. Sea salt and ocean swimming is best for me. But it depends on your skin type. Good luck.

I've suffered from acne for yours myself too. I did a lot of research about it and after lots of treatments I decided to try light therapy. I got a led mask from Aduro, they have a special anti-acne mask. After 2 weeks I saw difference. Now I have used it for 4 months and my skin looks amazing (I keep on using it though). The facial left me uneven ugly texture on my cheeks, some scars, enlarged pores on my cheeks in places i never had before and rosacea which i did not have prior to the facial. My question is whether i will be able to correct these texture problems and scars in the future with fraxel or would fraxel make my skin worse since i now have rosacia.

Mine does on and of to.at the beginning of this preg I had acne like a teen all over again.and my skin has been super sensitive, I've been using dove body wash or aveeno sensitive face wash and coconut oil for moisturizer. That's all I found to work without making it super dry and itchy.

The bright red appearance has indeed started to considerably lighten but the new skin has a purplish color to it. Will this ever return to normal? since sex was protected i got an herpes ob on my leg and never on penis. I too hate using lotion on my face, but they do make moisturizer for acne and oily skin. I use Clinique and I like it a lot. Also try an exfoliating ance cleanser to get the flakes off. Also I have found that when I dry my face with a clean wash rag every night it makes a difference as opposed to using the same one a few night in a row. Good luck! OH!
