Hi everyone. Just in the past few days, I've had some fantastic improvements in how I feel and how I approach each day. First, I'm sleeping better, which has been my big bugaboo since day one. I don't have perfect sleep patterns, but then again, I never did!. I do have nights now where I get 5 or 6 hours of uninterrupted sleep, which is HUGE!. It's not every night, but it happens enough now that I feel seriously good in the morning! Mornings used to be pure hell.
