Due Nov 14 I woke up feeling some headaches and period like cramps came to the hospital and yess active labor. I'm still at the hospital stuck at 8 cm my water just got broken sooo hopefully my son makes his arrival soon. Wish me luck!!

The heart problem was followed and nothing was found wrong. I got over the Pneumonia but the leg pain persists and MRI had no results in the calf. I am still experiencing dizziness, a rising feeling from my gut up that ends in a flutter in my chest.& pain in my right calf???

Hi there i was wondering how long you stay in hospital after a total thyroidectomy sorry for all the questions but i have no idea, my paperwork states in between 3-7 days just a few examples would be great thanks heaps :)

Tib fib fracture and had a rod put in tibia at 30 years old. Had screws removed within 4 years. Had weird times, not very often, when it would ache for an hour or two and couldn't hardly walk on it from 4 to 10 years. I'm 54 now and don't even know it's there other than the severe damage that was done to veins and muscle at time of injury. Over all leg is probably 90% probably will be till I'm in the dirt.

Not able to exercise because of still rehabbing from the broken leg. When will these withdrawal symptoms go away? What about the blurred vision? Can the withdrawals ever last long than the actual time I took the Vicodin?

I had a auto accident and I broke the tibia and fibula bones. After 12 days in the hospital without having the surgery on my leg I was told by the doctors that it wouldn't matter the long waiting...Ok so, when I finally got the surgery and after seeing an X-ray of my leg I had some questions from my own. I asked the doctor why my fibula looked like is still broken on the x-ray.

Hi I have had a ligament reconstruction on my left knee and 11 months on I am still in pain and I cannot run or walk for longer than 10 minutes at a time and I end up in so much pain I end up limping straight away is this normal

Felt a gush of fluid so i stood up and it all ran down my leg. While walking to the bathroom it continued to drip. Made it to the hospital and the first test she did said it wasnt my water!!!

Hi, Thanks for all your support and questions. I had to go to the "hospital doctor" I work in a hospital for reevaluation last week. He agreed with my diagnosis of Rhabdo... and kidney failure. I had see my nephrologist and he ran all my blood work witch was perfect. I am now going to see my GP to fill her in on everything on Thursday.

About 8 months ago I had a very serious surgery that left 4 screws in my pelvis and 4 screws in my femur and a rod in my femur, my leg was broken in 3 places and my pelvic ring was broken. I am pretty much fully recovered but I still find it hard to walk fast and for long periods of time, my knee starts to hurt. I was thinking taking the screws and rods out of my leg would help me walk better. How long do they have to stay in before I can have them taken out?

my husband dislocated ankle yesturday and the hospital says there is know fracture or broken bone thank goodness but we would like to know about how long will it take for him to get better. so he can go back to work he works in construction and there is no benefits so he doesn't want to be out long. so if anyone as dealt with this before please help...

s leg makes this crunching feeling when you touch/move it, the vet also said she felt that but said it was not broken bones. If not broken bones then what is it? And how long should I expect it to take to be better? I know with humans it can be around 6-8 wks....is it the same with animals?

Hi, I slipped rather badly in the snow 7 years ago and hit my leg (shin) on the step of the platform of a bus I was getting onto. It hurt and bled rather badly - too painful for me to cry and I can't take a lot of pain! Although it happened a long time ago there's a dent where I injured it and its still bruised. Is it likely I've fractured it and should I see a doctor? I've been getting cold feelings below the area and I'm worried about the dent and bruise.

He has a broken leg and hand as well as a compression fracture in his spine and a concussion and probably post traumatic stress. Further more the hospital he is in is 2 hours away from home and its 2 am and I am finally home had something to eat for the first time today and in bed alone. I can not sleep as I am too worried about him there is no way of contacting him at the hospital and I am completely shattered. I am 29.

Am still in a brace locked at 0 - 45 degrees and wondering if I should be starting to try and move it or still keep the brace on? How long does it normally take to get back to 'normal' everday range of movement? Am a female in my early 40's. Thanks!

My water broke at 23 weeks with my last daughter I didnt give birth until I was 25 weeks even thou I was in hospital they allowed me to go home for the weekend and be a direct admit the following monday...
