zofran

13495566 tn?1431029924 Does anybody have the package insert that comes with HARVONI- section 8.7 -says not proven to help cirrhosis. That is one of my denial reasons--I don't know if it says that. Trying to find out.
Avatar n tn Hey I just watched a commercial saying zofran can cause a clef pallet.
Avatar m tn s a pediatric dose but i would like it to go even lower at 2mg. Is it dangerous to cut the zofran tablet or can I go ahead and do that?
Avatar f tn t actively say it but when I was trying to find some explanation for my problems, I found their latest package insert at it listed 2 additional inactive ingredients that were not in the formula change since 2002, and my current package insert still had the old 3 inactive ingredients. So I investigated thinking this was my problem. I finally got someone after months to tell me the real story.
1145751 tn?1262133453 Ok so I got these Prometrium capsules and it states on the package insert that these capsules are oral capsule. My OB's direction is to insert it vaginally as a suppository. Im concerned because the capsules outside gel is pretty thick. I just dont want to keep shoving these things in me and it not dissolve. Has anyone used oral capsules as suppository?
Avatar f tn All medications come with something called a 'package insert' which has labeling that includes any risks. Did you tell your doctor that you are expecting? I would just call the office to be safe and tell them you are pregnant and want to know if the antibiotic prescribed for you is safe during pregnancy.
Avatar n tn I do have the insert at home. It said if there were NO lines it was inconclusive, but nothing about a line in the circle and nothing in the oval. The way it reads, for it to be positive, there should be a line in each opening. I will be taking another one tonight, hoping it is more conclusive. thanx!
Avatar f tn Yes, I read the insert. So your saying that its accurate rite?
Avatar f tn I want to give a post op care package to a friend of mine having the operation. Can any one suggest contents. Most appreciated.
Avatar n tn I am currently 26 weeks pregnant. I'm currently taking Zofran because I can't keep anything down as far as food. After reading a few post in this group. I hav heard about people using Zofran and there babies coming out with defects or women having miscarriages....
Avatar n tn They all come with a patient package insert that explains it. If your pack no longer has that insert, you can ask your pharmacist. Most require you to use them for 7 days before considering yourself safely protected.
Avatar m tn If you look at the package insert that came with the pills, it looks like they just revised it in September 2015. It doesn't specify that the tablet size changed, not that I could find, but I'm pretty sure that since the numbers are all the same (specifically the 35/250) then it's the same thing so you shouldn't have any worries. You can always call the pharmacy where you got them and ask the pharmacist because they can look it up and tell you that it's the same.
Avatar f tn m 7 weeks pregnant and I went to the Dr last week and my Dr prescribed Zofran. The problem is everytime I take this medicine, I see the commercial on TV that talks about Zofran causing some birth defects. Is anyone else taking this medicine or have heard these birth defects. Thanks!
Avatar m tn These are not listed on the package insert, but I note from Dailymed.com Viread did cause fever in clinical trials (i.e., Truvada is a combo of Viread and Emtriva).
Avatar f tn It is my understanding that if you look at the package insert of sertraline/zoloft that the average dose is often quite a bit higher than the starting dose. It takes a higher mg. amount to get an effect for lots of people. So, bumping it is trying to get it to therapeutic levels for you. Many antidepressants may peter out with time as it sounds like that is what happened with your paxil and may eventually happen with zoloft.
7753764 tn?1401853590 ve been taking Zofran the dissolvable tablet every morning and every evening and had only occasionally been throwing up well this morning I woke up with a horrible headache which is sadly one of the side effects of Zofran but it beats throwing up 6 times a day well now even the pill isn't helping. I have thrown up everything I've eaten today and all I've eaten is a bowl of cereal. Anyone else experience this?
790669 tn?1465189099 I know this is a little early to ask but my gyno (fertility specialists) wants me to use cytotec the day before I have my hysterocopy. I'm having that done plus a lap for endo on the 25th of this month. The reason for the hysteroscopy is because they did the HSG and found out that I have cervical stenosis and my cervix was really really narrow. So this cytotec is suppose to help soften my cervix and i'm suppose to insert it the night before I go for surgery.
Avatar m tn I would look up the package insert online because they are all available online. That's what any doctor or pharmacist would be looking at if you asked them.
Avatar n tn As a result, not enough pee was coming out each time and his bladder got trained to hold large amounts of urine while he felt no discomfort at all. But what do you mean you insert a tablet? What kind of tablet and was it perscribed by a doctor? My son had surgery to fix the opening so now his urine stream is heavier but he still holds it for crazy lengths of time because that is what his body has been trained to do.
Avatar f tn Your chances are slim to none of being pregnant. Taking plan will cause disruptions in your cycle, it says skin the package insert. Taking it on top of all the other meds you're taking will surely disrupt your cycle even more. I wouldn't think twice about it. I'd be more concerned that the plan B messed with your thyroid levels or caused some issue with the effectiveness of your PCOS meds because that is much more likely.
Avatar n tn is it ok to give 7-8 lb chihuahua 4 mg dissolving tablet for nausea/vomiting (keeps vomiting her water every time she drinks), otherwise she seems to be feeling ok, just having trouble keeping it down 2day, @ 15 mins after she drinks just vomits w/o notice (no hacking like they usually do when they vomit) just comes out seemingly uncontrollably. We already gave her Pepto & she vomited that as well.
99457 tn?1321878677 It's a silica gel tablet, which keeps moisture out of the package, kind of what you get in a new box of shoes, except in tablet form. I would just offer the dog lots of water to help her flush it out of her system. It's not a whole lot so I wouldn't worry to much. Michael my oldest son ate a little baggy of the silica gel when he was a baby, all poison control told me to do was offer him lots of water to flush it out.
Avatar f tn Tomorrow marks week 10 for me of my 4th pregnancy. Each pregnancy has gotten worse as far as the morning sickness goes to the point that Friday night I went to the ER because I couldn't keep anything down, including water and my anti - nausea medicine. After two liters of fluids and two rounds of Zofran (the anti - nausea medicine I'm on) I was still dehydrated and they ended up keeping me overnight to get my stomach to settle down and give me more fluids.
Avatar f tn t handle it so i got some meds called promethazine i took it once and it made me feel high and it made me also throw up like an hour later. so then i heard that zofran is way better so i asked my doctor for it so he prescribe it but then i found out my insurance does not cover it and i would have to pay 100$for 30 pills. but people tell me normally moring sickness goes alway at around 14 weeks so i don't know if i should buy it would you guys buy it or just wait.
