zofran

1828249 tn?1320012338 Do they come in individual blister packs, or just a bottle? The ODT are packaged separately because they start to break up as soon as you open it.
13495566 tn?1431029924 Does anybody have the package insert that comes with HARVONI- section 8.7 -says not proven to help cirrhosis. That is one of my denial reasons--I don't know if it says that. Trying to find out.
Avatar f tn also that is the generic name for Zofran forgot to add that have a happy healthy 9mths.

Its hard being so sick but so worth it! Good luck hope you start feeling better soon! Avatar f tn Hi girls! I have HG and I want the say it is very hard right now I know! I began getting sick at 5 weeks and was put on zofran it didn't help I stayed taking another medication along with it I still ended up in the hospital 5 times. I was then put on a zofran pump at 15 weeks was on that until 25 weeks. I was taken off and was much better but I am now 34 weeks and I'm still having to take one odt zofran a day! But I tell you this so you know you are not the only one!
8296559 tn?1397871519 Zofran is what my doctor gave me for nausea.
Avatar f tn I think 80% of woman go through that. I couldn't eat or drink anything either and lost 15 pounds. What worked for me was eating a piece of a corn muffin when I woke up or during the day.. it helped ALOT it was the only thing I could keep down. Also apples you can ask you're doctor for odt zofran.. its for nausea its a tab that dissolves in you're mouth and they have all diff flavors. That helped me a bit.. but it didn't get rid of the problem completely. Also no sodas or juice..
Avatar n tn Hey I just watched a commercial saying zofran can cause a clef pallet.
Avatar f tn s be clear about form of promethazine as it comes in a liquid mainly for cough medicine promethazine w/codeine (promethazine w/codeine syrup is highly abused in our country) plain promethazine syrp, promethazine vc syrp and pill form. Zofran comes in a liquid as well, dissolvable tablets (AKA odt), and regular tablets. I would ask my doc for zofran, my friend took it for her full 9 months, she had morning sickness her entire pregnancy 24/7.
Avatar n tn I started having nausea/vomiting/diarrhea after a trip visiting family in March of 09. It lasted until May then went away. This year it came back again only worse it seems. The nusea is continuous. I was given Zofran ODT to help with that but it doesn't last through the two doses I am supposed to take. I was also given Nexium to see if it would help with any kind of acid reflux or ulcer. I haven't really noticed a change with that.
1145751 tn?1262133453 Ok so I got these Prometrium capsules and it states on the package insert that these capsules are oral capsule. My OB's direction is to insert it vaginally as a suppository. Im concerned because the capsules outside gel is pretty thick. I just dont want to keep shoving these things in me and it not dissolve. Has anyone used oral capsules as suppository?
Avatar f tn All medications come with something called a 'package insert' which has labeling that includes any risks. Did you tell your doctor that you are expecting? I would just call the office to be safe and tell them you are pregnant and want to know if the antibiotic prescribed for you is safe during pregnancy.
Avatar n tn I do have the insert at home. It said if there were NO lines it was inconclusive, but nothing about a line in the circle and nothing in the oval. The way it reads, for it to be positive, there should be a line in each opening. I will be taking another one tonight, hoping it is more conclusive. thanx!
Avatar f tn Yes, I read the insert. So your saying that its accurate rite?
Avatar n tn I am currently 26 weeks pregnant. I'm currently taking Zofran because I can't keep anything down as far as food. After reading a few post in this group. I hav heard about people using Zofran and there babies coming out with defects or women having miscarriages....
Avatar n tn They all come with a patient package insert that explains it. If your pack no longer has that insert, you can ask your pharmacist. Most require you to use them for 7 days before considering yourself safely protected.
Avatar m tn These are not listed on the package insert, but I note from Dailymed.com Viread did cause fever in clinical trials (i.e., Truvada is a combo of Viread and Emtriva).
Avatar m tn I would look up the package insert online because they are all available online. That's what any doctor or pharmacist would be looking at if you asked them.
Avatar f tn Your chances are slim to none of being pregnant. Taking plan will cause disruptions in your cycle, it says skin the package insert. Taking it on top of all the other meds you're taking will surely disrupt your cycle even more. I wouldn't think twice about it. I'd be more concerned that the plan B messed with your thyroid levels or caused some issue with the effectiveness of your PCOS meds because that is much more likely.
