i havnt found anything to help either, zofran does absolutely nothing. Actually vikadin helps but my dr wont prescribe it.

Saw doc today, got script for zofran but forgot to ask how to use it. Can someone tell me when you are supposed to take it? Bottle says 3 times a day as needed but can I just take one now and then and how long does it take to work? 4mg. Thanks.

I gave birth to a baby boy 7 months ago. While I was pregnant I was prescribed Zofran and my son was born with a severe deformation to both feet. I just saw on tv that there is a lawsuit going on concerning this. I could not get to a pen fast enough so if anyone has the number please let me know ASAP. Thank you. Please don't anyone take Zofran for any reason during pregnancy.

If you are on treatment, the first thing I would do is to call my doctor and ask them for some compazine or some Zofran. Zofran works really well, but is quite expensive so the compazine is the next best thing. Things you can try at home include eating a couple of soda crackers, or try sipping on some ginger ale. One other thing that helped me was the juice off the can of peaches. You will probably get more suggestions, but this is a start. Hope you feel better soon.

Have you tried Zofran? My first pregnancy I was sick for 6 months straight.. All I drank was milk and ate potatoes.. Nasty I know.. But I tried everything and anything to keep the nausea to a minimum..

My doctor prescribed me zofran. It helps alot. I hope you get better soon. Now is the worst time by week 12 you'll start feeling better everyday. I know it sounds like eternity but it will pass and zofran will make it much easier.

I don't know anything about this medication at all; a fair number of people with dysautonomia can't tolerate medications with anticholinergic properties, so that's likely why it's not commonly discussed here? But I just googled it and found what I think is what you're talking about. Have you checked online and/or mailorder pharmacies at all? When I finally was able to see a doctor she prescribed me Zofran which turned everything around for me! the generic version is cheaper and works the same. I dont know what I would've done without it and highly recommend it!

Hey guys just trying to check in with everyone. I haven't been doing well at all. the sx have been really bad and I had to cut down my siezure meds on top of all of this which has been really tuff. I have had really bad anxiety that I cant' seem to get rid of and the antianxiety meds they gave me I can't take because my body didn't take to kindly to it so that is a huge bummer. I really feal like nothing is going right at this point and it's hard for me to go on on this tx.

So has anyone taken zofran while pregnant? I try to stay away from all medicine except my vitamins but the other night I ate something and I'm guessing my baby really didn't like it because I've been kind of sick since then but the other night the nausea was unbearable so I took one.

Any reviews on zofran ? Im 20 weeks and ive been taking it once a day almost my whole pregnancy to help me keep down food. But now im hearing bad things about it. I havent had an ultra sound yet so im worried about it?
