zelnorm commercial

I have recently have been diagnosed with Diabetic enteropathy of the colon and my Gastroenterologist has prescribed Zelnorm for this condition.Has this medication been effective in treating Diabetic enteropathy snd what are the gratest side effects? Thank you.

Talk to your doc about it. Check the government site about zelnorm, or the site for the company that makes zelnorm. It should give you more information. The extreme right-sided pain could be due to gallbladder issues. Talk to your doc about it.

I have IBS and have taken Bentyl and Zelnorm, my doctor took me off the Zelnorm because he said, it was a dangerous drug. Is this true ?

last thursday I had taken a zelnorm because i had not had a bowel movement in about a week. since I have not stopped using the bathroom, all day and throughout the night, if i eat or drink anything I have to run to the bathroom within minutes and I have pains and bloatiness in my stomache. this has never happened before when I take the medication. I am afraid to leave the house and I have lost 5 lbs. any suggestions?

ve had IBS with constipation for over 15 years. Before Zelnorm was removed from the market, THATS when the straining REALLY started. My parents & grandparents say I was practically born constipated. So back to my question, is there a chance the strokes came from my bathroom troubles. Any ideas?

I have taken Zelnorm which has been very successful for me, but I have IBS with constipation and then when I haven't gone to the bathroom for a couple of weeks, the diarrhea happens. Have you tried Zelnorm?

Is it just me or does every commercial seem to be taking about heart stuff.. Do scary and I was reading on here and some lady said her sister died of a heart tumor and had every heart test and ended up dying because they never caught the heart tumor. This really scared me, because I've been having chest pressure and pain for the last 2 months.

This looks like "official" matter. What meds are in question? Colonoscopy showed something? IBS is not a disease at all, and there's no drugs for IBS, as I know (my opinion). Zelnorm was even withdrawn from the (U.S.) market last year, now it might be back again.

I heard a HCV awareness commercial while listenening to "iheart" radio today. Not sure if it was a regional commercieal from the station I was listening to or if they sell ads themselves. Pretty cool, as it's the first I've ever heard.

Eryththromyacin is one drug used for it but i am taking Zelnorm a prescription drug. It can have serious effects on me as with the slowed digestion i sometimes go low after eating when i shouldn't. But any GI doctor should be familiar with the disease.

Treatment includes addition of more fiber in your diet,cessation of smoking and taking stress,antispasmodic medicines,antidiarrheal medicines,antidepressants and new medicines like Alosetron (Lotronex) and Tegaserod (Zelnorm).I would suggest a gastroenterologist’s view on this. He put me on Zelnorm and I was free of everything I went to the bathroom easy!! I ate anything I wanted!! They took it off the market ( dahhh I told him that too) And then He left me hanging, started talking about a hernia in my throat. NOT my constipation! Iam doomed here. I was in shape and toned and now Im a blob. Go to a Natural Doctor and get help there. don't take laxatives! All the things I was taking are from a doctors say so!

Now five years later my left side of my body stomach down is mildly numb and tingles with very bad spots of shooting pain and always some mild pain in the heal, inner foot, outer leg, hamstring in the butt and severe unexplained constipation (on Zelnorm ((until discontuned)), now Amitiza), and mild arm pain, chest pains etc. I also get very bad itching or tingling of the scrotum, left side only and anal itching or tingling, left side only.

-) but then hopefully get relief. I take Tagamet also..... Zelnorm was awesome for this but it has been taken off the market/ (gets things moving south if you know what I mean) Reglan is the only other rx med for this on the market but side effects make it intolerable for some- Are you on any meds at all? For other things?

I finally saw the commercial by Gilead. Some never understood what I was talking about. Hope it makes some get tested. Because asking them isn't working!

s (well not those specific items but silly stuff like that) and at the end someone would whisper save at target it always made me laugh. The commercial that erks me is the tampon commercial where she is wearing yes a white bikini and talking upside down while diving into the water.
