You could blitz soft fruit with yogurt, that way you get all the fibre as well as the juice and protein from the
yogurt. You can buy zero fat natural
yogurt and the Greek style ones are great.
If you juice your veg, by extracting the juice and throwing away the fibre, that is not good. Better to blitz the whole carrot, or better still make soup and add some lentils, all sorts of veg and bits of lean chicken or lean spare ribs. Yummy.
