Avatar m tn Plug the right nostril with cotton plug from 1pm to 4pm, breathing only from left nostril. this will create a yogic rhythmic benevolent cycle and reduce or depression.you will get used to cotton plug within 2or 3 days.try for a week. I am sure you will get good result.This is bested on yogic practice.try.

Avatar m tn d get rid of that doctor.............MANY people require some kind of mild tranquilizer before flying, which therefore makes your doctor a moron. Try to find another doctor who understands flying phobia if you have time. Don't try to get on the plane drunk if you couldn't find a doctor to prescribe..........don't know about your side of the pond, but over here they won't let you board if you're even a little tipsy.

(Or take a class.........most experienced Yoga instructors know and understand about "anxious breathing!") To stop this you can develop a habit of relacing in the following manner. wnen you get anxiuos,tighten ,takea a deep breath and tighten your whole body and Put your tongue on the floor or roof of your mout.(This helps in tightening the body.) She has flown overseas many times and what she does is take Gravol just before leaving and for most of the flight she is able to sleep and for some reason that seems to do the trick. I don't know if this will help you but it might be worth trying. Sometimes it is the simplest things that work the best. I hope this works for you.

I wondered what would it be like to take it regularly? So I began taking 10 mgs of melatonin at night. (I take my Cymbalta in the morning). I sleep really well now at night, and no longer have those vivid Cymbalta dreams!! I wake up ready to do my day. (I do also take 300mgs of Gabapentene at night for Fibro maintenance).
