I decided to start off every other day, and go as long as I can. I have two and I did the one that doesn't show the easier exercises with it. They're modified for sensitive necks and backs. (Or take a class.........most experienced Yoga instructors know and understand about "anxious breathing!") Google these words or phrases to know the details of each exercise. learn and choose a convinient exercises and practice. I wondered what would it be like to take it regularly? So I began taking 10 mgs of melatonin at night. (I take my Cymbalta in the morning). I sleep really well now at night, and no longer have those vivid Cymbalta dreams!! I wake up ready to do my day. (I do also take 300mgs of Gabapentene at night for Fibro maintenance).
