Does anyone remember the historic 2006 elections where Americans finally sent a slate of legislators to Washington to put the brakes on the radical extremist policies and war-machine of George W. Bush (and remember, W stood for Herbert WALKER -- this does matter). Just before that historic election, Karl Rove told NPR that, despite polling data to the contrary, he had "the math" and that no meaningful change would happen. What was he actually stating?
