Avatar m tn You have twins which means there smaller than a singleton. Relax and be happy. Close your eyes and put your hands on your belly. Think deep and breath in your nose and out your mouth slowly. Everytime you breath in say to yourself in your mind my babies are ok. And believe in yourself. If you really want them to be. Then really believe. Even if you dont feel movement instantly continue to believe and watch what happens. Dont forget dont stop believing.

It would be easier if you add to the same post each time, rather than starting a whole new one, then we don't have to keep switching back and forth to see what's gone before. But that's ok - you'll get the hang of things. Have you been to see your doctor to make sure that you don't have any medical issues that might sabotage weight loss, such as thyroid, pre-diabetes/insulin resistance, etc?

On My MedHelp, on the Journals panel, you should see a link that says, Write a new journal entry. If you click that, you should see a form that has text boxes for Title, Journal Entry and Tags. Do you see that?
