Hi, fast heart rate is due to Xopenex. Initially, use of this drug is associated with this side effect but over a period of time, tolerance usually develops. In case if you have a pre exisiting heart disease, please avoid this drug.
Consult you treating doctor to lower the dose or frequency, other alternative is sustained release deriphylline tablets.
Either way though, with your reactions after exercise, it sounds like a fast acting broncho dilater (some form of albuterol - Proventil, Porair, Maxair, Xopenex, Ventolin) might be a good idea. These medications can be used as a pretreatment for exercise eliminating the reaction and allowing for a better workout.

My advice is Google pregnancy help centers in your area they can usually help u get one or some have like classes you take for like two hours and they give u a voucher to get one new

My son had been diagnosed with pneumonia 4 times in the past four months, as well as bronchiolitis in between. He has been treated with Rocephin, Azithromycin, and Amoxil. You buy only what the voucher says. Their goal us to have you start eating healthy so that you pass those habits onto your children. My MIL works for WIC & she goes to nutrition classes to keep up to date on what's healthy. They also encourage breastfeeding & have classes to help you.
since i have a free voucher for eye test at the different eye clinic i had it done again today to my suprise the prescription is different which is L-1:50 R-2:25 now im confused who to follow and specially now that i need a new pair of glasses .could you help me why i had a diff.prescription and which is the best to follow for my eye glasses?
