my male boxer "Jasper" is 4 years old and fixed, i just noticed a cream/off white colored discharge coming out of his penis .he was just at the vet last week to have blood work done for something else.i was told to give him yogurt and probiotics for his tummy.is this what is causing it ?should i be worried or just leave it alone?
Heat cycles last a average of 21 days but that can differ from dog to dog. Too bad she was never spay. This could be caused by a number of things, an open pyometra being one but they are usually pretty I'll and do run a temp. You should probably take her into be examined, possibly get a culture done and a CBC to see if white counts are elevated. Ask for thyroid to be checked also.
A couple of years ago she developed white marks in her eyes that did not seem to impair her vision at all. These were diagnosed as being cholesterol deposits ,since then she has been on a strict low fat diet and the marks did not worsen or improve.
A few months back she developed a whitish discharge in her eye that was treated as conjunctivitis and the vet said was not related to the marks in her eye. The problem cleared up and her eyes were fine for two months .

SHE HAS SUFFERED FROM A CHRONIC NASAL CONDITION FOR ABOUT 3 YEARS NOW, HER SYMPTOMS ARE AS FOLLOWS; SNEEZING WITH A WHITE ,BUT WHEN INFECTED YELLOW DISCHARGE, FOLLOWED BY GAGGING AND RETCHING TRYING TO COUGH UP SOMERTHING. MY VET HAS HAD HER ON ANTIROBE 75MG AND BAYTRIL 68.5 MY VARIOUS TIMES. WHEN ON THE ANTIBIOTICS SHE DOES MUCH BETTER, BUT ABOUT 2 DAYS AFTER THEY ARE STOPPED THE SYMPTOMS RETURN.

It is possible there could be a liver upset of some kind going on. Some change in the bile levels. When you say there is nausea or stomach upset, is this because you see her eating grass? Or because she is off her food? Sometimes dogs eat grass because they don't feel well, but sometimes they just eat it anyway.
You could mention a liver function test to your vet, and get the blood analyzed for enzymes and bilirubin levels, and you could take a stool sample for testing.
Ive had eye discharge producing in my lacrimal sac (in the pink corners of my eyes) for a few years now. The discharge is white, thick, and the shape is ball-like. If not removed, my eyes get itchy and watery and then start to burn. The discharge also leaves behind a residue that causes the same problem if not rinsed out with water. When the white discharge is removed, it still produces like 7 hours later.
The beginning of this year, I started to experience intense eye pain.
Can a dog get pink eye? We had a family member bring their pet over and his eyes had mucus in the corners. Afer they left, now my airdale has the same thing. Our vetsaid we could give him Zyrtek 1/day 10mg at night. His eyes are now white after 4 days but the mucus keeps collecting in the corners.
t think I have an STD, I mean I have been tested and all tests have come back negative. I am currently 9 weeks pregnant and have some nasty vaginal discharge. It smells like wet dog and makes me sick when I can smell it. The discharge looks just like it is wet, I don't notice any color unless it is just hard to see besides a little bit of white. I don't know if it is from my pregnancy or if there could be an STD that isn't usually tested for.
Since my miscarriage almost two months ago my period has started to become regular but i'm noticing lots of white odorless discharge it's annoying me.. Has anyone had this happen ?
I haven't had my period since Dec 12, 2011 and am a few days late. I have had white vaginal discharge for the last few days. I have tried to do the ovulation test but no luck. My husband and I had sex a few days ago. I am VERY reluctant to take a HPT due to all the previous one's being neg. I don't want to be disappointed if I take it and I am not preg. Could the white discharge be an indicator that I am preg?
Am I the only one who had white discharge? It's not an infection and I know it's due to hormones, I had it in my first pregnancy but boy is it annoying!!!!
Hi girls, sorry if it's tmi, but for a couple of weeks now I've been having this white discharge that keeps on staining my underwear. It doesn't smell or anything, but it's really white and a bit more dense than just liquid... Anyone else going through the same thing? Is it normal? Thanks!

White discharge is a sign of pregnancy. Before I found out I was pregnant I had white discharge, sore boobs, & I was spotting. Try taking a home pregnancy test.
